I made an online purchase with this company on October 16th. It was a Halloween mask that I ordered for my son, and their advertisement online (I have photos) clearly stated '"Delivery before Halloween! Fast Shipping from USA and Canada". They charged my **** the next day. I emailed them on the 20th as it had not shipped out. Their response was that the shipping can take 14-21 days, even though their advertisement of the actual product said something different. I asked them to expedite the shipping, and received another generic reply. On the 21st, I asked them to cancel the order since it had not yet shipped and there was no way for it to get to me before Halloween. They then replied that the item was out of stock, to which I replied I would like to cancel and get a refund. Their reply was they magically located the item and had shipped it out. The item did arrive, but on November 2nd. I emailed them and said that I want to return the item. Their reply was that they are happy to exchange it. I think they are sending template replies, as none of their replies actually pertain to my actual concern or specific order. I am upset that they falsely advertised this mask, which was for my son's costume. They clearly are not going to let me return the item and refund me. Their website also claims, "Customer Satisfaction, Easy Returns, and Risk-Free Guarantee".Initial Complaint

I didn't actually complete a transaction but I put my **** debit information into the checkout of mississaugamart.ca and then started almost immediately receiving charges of $1.27 and $1.26. They charged my debit over 40 times before I noticed and called my bank to cancel the card. I didn't complete or even attempt a purchase with them. *********************************************
