My experience with Maple General Contractors was a 10/10. The owner is very knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating to his clients. He went the extra mile to listen and understand what Im looking for - he truly cares about giving you the result you want. The price point is also one of the most competitive you can find in the industry. ** 100% recommend.

We hired Maple General Contractors because they were quick to respond to our needs and provided us with a free and very competitive estimate. We also found the owner to be very knowledgeable on all aspects of construction. The work involved custom design and innovation during the reconstruction, nothing was standard and he was always able to find a solution to problems encountered during the scope of the project. The owner was also very flexible and attentive to our needs. He was quick to respond to our questions or concerns and he did not stop until we were fully satisfied. He got the job done as per schedule and agreed price. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company for any job, big or small.Maple General Contractors

Our second floor windows were leaking cold air during the winter. In the spring, I reached out to Maple General Contractors and spoke to *******. He promptly came in, found the issue (our windows were very old and needed replacement) took measurements of all windows and placed an order for new windows.As a result of COVID, there was a huge backlog on windows manufacturing. Maple General Contractors kept me up to date as to the status of our windows order via phone/SMS, and gave me a reasonable estimate as to when the job will be complete.As soon as the windows were ready, Maple General Contractors scheduled a date to install them.A team of two came in and replaced the windows. They helped remove the furniture and put it back. They also removed all debris and vacuumed everywhere. They applied ample foam and silicon around the windows.It was a clean professional job for a very reasonable price.Maple General Contractors

Maple General Contractors was recommended to me by a friend and I can honestly say they exceeded all expectations. You rarely see this level of craftmanship nowadays with contractors focusing on volume and not quality. We're first time home buyers and planned to renovate several areas as it was a pre-owned home. Replace the carpet on the main floor with LVP, install a banquette in the kitchen, paint the entire home, install a farmhouse sink, and re-paint the entire kitchen to match the new look. The estimate provided was very reasonable compared to the astronomical estimates we received from other contractors. During the renovation, there was a change in plans and MGC accommodated our wishes without hesitation. The team was great to work with and polite every step of the way. The advice that was provided to us every step of the way was backed by knowledge and experience. As first time home buyers it was beneficial to have an open dialogue, which was backed by very technical skill. We plan on completing more renovations in the future and will only go with MGC.Maple General Contractors
