  Alvi Paving repaved our driveway last summer and provided a 1 year warranty. Over this past winter, the asphalt cracked and separated from the curb and raised at least 1" above the curb height, suggesting that moisture had gotten under the asphalt. I took photos and sent them to the salesperson for the company, who advised me that they would deal with it in the spring/summer. I met with the salesperson in the spring and he agreed that the concern was legitimate and that when the company was in the neighbourhood, they would deal with it. It is now Sept and no one has dealt with it. I contacted the salesperson again and he passed on the concern to the owner, whose immediate response was that it was my problem to resolve on my own.

  Alvi Paving Does NOT Honour Its Warranty! Alvi Paving paved our driveway in July 2021. Although we were very satisfied with the professionalism of the team and the job done, a few months later a long 12-feet crack appeared right in the middle of the driveway. We are now, at the end of the 2023 season, two (2) years later and we are still waiting to get this crack repaired which by the way has now expanded to 23-feet long. When the crack first appeared, I contacted them to get it repaired under the terms of the one-year warranty. Six (6) weeks later a representative was sent over. He confirmed in an e-mail that the owner ******* ******* would get back to us, within two (2) weeks. Four (4) weeks later, the owner called us late one night and asked us to be patient promising the repair would be done before the end of the 2022 season. Subsequent emails and phone calls yielded not results. Finally, in February 2023 (this year), we received an e-mail telling us that “Alvi had not forgotten you” and that they would address the issue before the end of the season. We are now in October and still no sign of Alvi Paving. I think we have been patient enough!! The after-service from this company is the worst ever and obviously they do not honour their warranty. We really do not understand why they are approved by the ******** *****. We do not recommend you use Alvi Paving Ltd.
