After several months of researching the different grades of shingles and meeting up with three roofing contractors in the fall of 2023 we decided to hire *** from Barts Rooftops. This company was one in a handful (if that) who was certified to lay high end shingles that can withstand 110 mph winds and a 50 year transferable warranty. Competitive pricing!Residing in a path of tornadoes in Barrhaven, I was confident the shingles I was seeking would withstand Mother Natures wrath! From my initial call, *** came to assess my older shingles the next day. He selected the colour of shingles that would blend in with our brick. Told us we would be one of his first customers in early spring of 2024. He delivered on that promise as work was completed three days ago.Dans team members ******, ****** and **** arrived at the allotted time each day. The first day, the team members arrived at the same time to direct the truck/with hydraulic lift to hoist shingles onto roof. Once the truck unloaded our shingles in came *** to drop off his dumpster. The timing of logistics was quite formidable as no time was lost.******, ****** and **** were very polite and respectful in answering my questions once work got underway. Clean up of debris was dealt with everyday before departing our property. Nails were picked up magnetically by a roller on wheels on the driveway and the backyard grass. Leaf blower was used on interlock and driveway. They even fixed a metal piece that got bent by a critter when I did not point it out to them.
