I called at the end of April because something was drawing power from my battery. I told them something was drawing power from my battery and this was causing it not to start if not run for 4 plus days. I had narrowed it down to the EFI fuse. I later called back and asked for a service since it was there anyway. They told me they scheduled me for May 10th. When the UTV arrived May 10th they could not find the appointment and later found that the appointment was booked for April 10th (before the original phone call was even made. The service was done and battery terminals were tightened as they were concerned about a charging problem. I have never had a charging problem. The main reason I spent the time going to my camp and getting the bike and bringing it out of town was to have the drain that was causing the unit to not be able to start days later was not investigated. Only one battery is responsible for the bike starting and determing if there is a drain takes less than 60 seconds with a multimeter. The copy of the paper i received had battery drainage at the top. I have no idea why I was ignored and this was not investigated. They did offer to do it the next week when i complained to a manager but this is the only way i can get into my camp. I cannot drive there or walk in so that was not an option. IT also takes me half a day to get out to my camp and pick it up and drop it off and then another half a day to pick it up. I HAVE A JOB with limited vacation time...
