    We asked for Nonsmoking due to asthma, was reassured the "whole building" is smoke free.
    Room was dirty (years of filth, smoke damage included).
    Three days of cleaning helped some but the mattresses are horrid so we bought sleeping bags.
    All appliances are broken and filthy, Heater smells like fire, A/C smells like strong mold, and you can only have one appliance going at a time or it trips the breaker where you have to wait hours for owner to come and reset it.
    ***************** living in unit 3, next door (for over 2yrs), has **** and fellow trash blowing ***** smoke ALL DAY directly into windows and through A/C unit and refuses to walk a few feet away despite requests. The owner protects her right **************** our clean air within our unit. This is especially hard in 30° temperatures and when the unit smells repulsive.
    ******* 4yr old child (speechless) screams for his life night and day while she screams in his face and for hours in response. Again "Dan" (owner), protects her right to defend herself against needy child. Asks us to please not call police or facs, "the kid is to blame".
    Her "mother" (in unit 7 for 2yrs) and her men are now telling us to move out or else, marching through parking lot, smashing things in the unit next door until we move out calling us names, and taunting us. Again, the owner defends them and now wants us to leave.
    We've asked for a refund repeatedly now but are being denied, instead told to call the police.
    ONLY 2 UNITS ARE SHORT TERM, EVERY OTHER UNIT IS RENTED PERMANENTLY ************************************
    WE NOW BELIEVE THAT ITS A **** OPERATION WHERE THE OWNER TAKES A MONTHS RENT, AND THE OTHER TENANTS DRIVE THEM OUT SO THE OWNER CAN POCKET THE MONEY AND RERENT TO DO IT ALL AGAIN.
