            I booked the hotel just to use the water park facility with my family and there was no mention of the water park closure online. Even hotel people didn't know about the water park closure from Nov 7, 2021 4pm to Nov 11, 2021 morning and issued the tickets to us. Only when we went to use the water park facility, we were told about the closure at the main gate of the water park. Hotel didnt charge us the money for the water park when we informed about the issue but our cost for the trip was a waste as our family only came to use the water park and could have avoided that if we knew about the closure.
