    I received a quote to replace and repair the house and garage roof. Jean P. returned to repair a problem on the house roof but after viewing the lifted shingles on the flat garage roof informed us that it was a product issue and he would look after it. the work was done in the spring and now, in October, after numerous requests to repair the roof and stop the leaking, he tells us he understands our frustration but never shows up to actually do anything. In the meantime, water pool on the garage floor. He was asked to at least cover the roof with a tarp but he has not done that either. Now we have to find and pay another roofer to repair his faulty work. It is his responsibility to complete the contract we entered into. I would definitely not recommend this business. Its the follow up that defines a company and in this, they are sadly lacking.
