      There is absolutely no customer support, they do not respond to anything. It appears they Control online reviews so it’s all biased (my review which discussed both the pros/cons was approved by the company only to be deleted days later. You can’t review their product on ****** or elsewhere yet reviews are visible everywhere). They ultimately lack basic business integrity & fail to support paying customers. I would never consider purchasing a product from this company again since they can’t meet the most basic expectations for a business. Truthfully, I wouldn’t even use this product if it was free but unfortunately I paid for it & would like to have a useable product. If they keep these business tactics up they will be out of business vs. just being a small business. The product itself (a baby monitor) glitches, the image is grainy & sometimes the screen is blank. That aside, the main reason I’ve contacted them was because the inside screen (not the outside one) of my monitor cracked & half the screen is blacked out which is why I’ve attempted to get in touch with them to no avail. The quality is honestly equivalent to my radio monitor since the image is so horrendous it’s hard to see your baby anyway. Other truthful customer reviews mentioned they get the runaround from customer service yet I can’t even get a response. It appears this company has the time to rebuttal claims on the BBB based on the responses people have under their reviews. Maybe they should take that energy & respond to their customer base which is the reason why they are afloat. They also don’t have a number to call in 2023, that’s absurd. The only means of contacting them is via an online chat & filling out a form. Oh & after I left a review the email I used to fill out a customer service form coincidentally didn’t work until I tried a new email so it felt as if they blacklisted my email after my honest review on top of everything else. Buyer’s beware!!!

      I could not be more displeased with every single aspect of buying anything from this company. Upon installing the system, one of the poorly designed plastic elbows broke. The company's response (which took a week!) was essentially "yes, we warranty our products, but not that. You need to buy an entirely new camera." Moreover, the hardware has lots of functionality built-in to it that doesn't work. Sure, these are features that are not advertised, but it highlights the fact that defender is simply modifying (crippling) software created by others, and making it look like their own. It is not their hardware, it is not their software, and what little and slow support they do offer is terrible. I will never willingly do business with this company again.
