      In 2014 PWStone did a flagstone paving job at my home. We were satisfied with the work. In winter of 2022 one level portion of the walkway sank into the ground and the front facing of the steps fell off creating a hazard . Due to this opening under the second level of our porch has washed away and is in danger of collapsing. *** *** *** * came In late March, gave me an estimate for repairs and said I was on emergency list and would have work completed in April. At the end of April when no one appeared I contacted him and he claimed the weather was too bad to get jobs done but it would be done in next few weeks. In late June he said I would be the next job to be done. Having seen nor heard anything I have emailed and left phone message to no avail. It is now almost October and I am very worried about potential disasters. Is there anything you can do to assist me in this matter?

      Good afternoon the job she’s requesting has nothing to do with the work that we did it’s underneath her porch it has nothing to do with the old job and this is as much as you’re going to get from me read her response to you she was satisfied with our work she pay for work Pwstone is a flagstone company she needs a company to do structural support and we’re not interested in anyway if you go to my website Pw stone.ca told Flagstone once again we did the front landing the problem is under her porch it’s collapsing anyways have yourself a good day and this is my response I can’t imagine a person lodging a complaint because somebody won’t come in to work for her *** ***** **** ***** ** ** **** ** ** *** * *** *** *** ** *** * **** *** *** *** ***** *** ****** ** ********* ** **** *** ** ***** ** ***** **** ******* ******* *** ** *** ****** ********* ******* ** ******* She needs a concrete contractor that’s going to pin under the porch so it doesn’t collapse once again this has nothing to do with the Flagstone job take care and have a good Thanksgiving
