I was told yesterday that I have paid for 46 months@ $48.41/month for a rental water unit. The Ontario Home *****services ****** ******************* door-to-every-door and i was ******** into a contract for ******* clean and pure water filter ******************************************************* . What arrived and was installed was a knockoff that looks nothing like the ******. *****...it turned our water black. After trying to get it removed I was told NO YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT. ********************************************************************************************************** someone was coming to inspect it(mar 2020) and when they called we were in lockdown. NO ONE has been in our house since. I was sold a product that was substituted ************************ ****. These ****** have since been bought by Utilebill ******** will not add this charge to their bill starting Dec 2/2021. Thats why Utilebiil wants my $$$$$$$$$$. I want that off my property ASAP************************************************** Thanx for giving me a chance to vent. but it must stop!!! I was told that i can not break this contract or they will put a lean on my house What a strange world this has become Thanx ****Initial Complaint

I had a lawyer pay out my account with Utilebill Home Services on Aug 12, 2021. Utilebill removed a payment from my account after the account was paid in full. I have called over 4 times since Aug to get a refund cheque. Each time I call I get told they will put a request in for a refund. I still have not received this refund and no one will call me back on this. It's been 2 months and they are refusing to issue me a refund. I would like interest paid and the refund check sent in.Business response
