I was looking to purchase a 1oz platinum bar from this company and when I received their e-mail to make payment by e-transfer, I clicked on: For any query visit ******** e-Transfer) and it brought me to a 404 Page cannot be found. Which was a red flag for me so I decided to not make the purchase(Jan 13,2022) Since then the company has tried to ***** me quote: Hi ****** we spoke to you about this order please make payment immediately to avoid legal action against you you will be fully responsible to pay all the legal costs if incurred. your credit burro may affect. Please settle the mater immediately Regards, BM Compliance into purchasing the platinum bar and has been e-mailing me and calling me on my cellphone. I am no longer interested in doing business with this company and would like them to stop contacting me to make a purchase.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/03/23) */ Hello BBB Team, Please note that the order of this customer was cancelled on 22 Feb 2022 and we do not correspond with the customer once the order is cancelled. It's clearly mentioned in our policy page that if a customer places an order on our website, the price of the products is locked. As our business is precious metal and the prices are up and down every second, the customer is legally bound to complete the commitment. The cancellation fee is $50 to recover the market loss. The customer placed the order on Jan 13 2021 and we cancelled the order on Feb 22 2021, we kept the platinum bar on hold for more than a month. This makes us suffer losses. But on a good faith, we cancelled the customer's order. Thanks Team Bullion Mart
