      Invested money and was told your child only had to register for a course to receive payment. Been trying to get funds for college program for 4 months and every time I send documents they ask for more information. Still have not received money for his program!

      We had CST for both of our children and contributed their entire lifespan until post secondary. We had a nightmare of a time dealing with them with our eldest and lost a lot of money; also were delayed and delayed in getting payment. Now it has been almost 6 mos of the same run around with our second child. We do NOT recommend this company ** *** ******* ******* ********* ************ ****** ***** *** ***** ******. **** **** ** * ****** ** *** *** ***** **** **** ***** *** ******* ********** ****** *********** We are still awaiting calls from supervisors - one representative says it will be within 24 hours, the next (which I waited for a long time on hold to speak to) indicated that it may be up to 5 more days (from the current call - not the original). They have tens of thousands of dollars of our money (which we have had to pay out to support our child through school). The entire purpose of an RESP is not to have to worry or remortgage for your kids to go to school. CST fails miserably at being useful or relevant. We were ***** ******** *** ********** most definitely not in a place to be making financial decisions. In our most vulnerable state we agreed to the "too good to be true" sales pitch. 8 months later, we have done some research and it looks like when the time comes to get funds for school it isn't as simple. I have started the process to transfer my plan to my financial institution, I was sent 15 letters from "satisfied customers" and none of the information my bank would need. We will lose out on nearly all the funds we have saved due to "service fees" which most definitely was not explained during the fancy PowerPoint. * **** ** * **** ***** ****** ** *** ********** *** *** *** ** ** ******* **** **** **** ** *** ******** ** **** *****

      continuingly refusing to pay out money have to call in and beg for money making up every excuse possible not to forward the money to the bank account

      I invested $2000 with them 24 years ago. Today it is worth $1700. Not one penny of interest in 24 years and I lost $300. ***** ******

      The performance of the plan is really horrible. The return over 10 years is under 3%. You will make more money earning in money in GIC. The fees are very high. ***** ** *** *****

      ***** *** ******* Took $7500 out with no permission. 10 days later no call back. We are so shocked and *********. Take your children’s money to a bank where it is safe and protected. They **** on new parents like us at baby shows and this is what we find years later. Tried again tonight to speak with a manager but the “manager assigned to help us” could not take our call. ** **** **** ** ** *** ******. **** ****. DO your homework.

      **** ***** Take all your money in fees! ***** **** *** **** *** *** **** **** keeping your fees if you leave the plan early. **** ******* ******** **** ******* *** *** ***** **** *** ****** ** **** *******. Be sure to check out options and ask a lot of questions. 18 years is a long time and things change. You need a plan that flexible and transparent.

      I had three children with RESP plans with CST Consultant Inc. All of them went to university with the income from the plans. I used to contribute monthly $20 each. After 18 years the income from the plans and principal was enough to pay one third of the university fees for each child. It was the best investment I made.

      ***DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE *** *** **** ** ** ***** *** **** * ***** have to jump through hoops and the government was able to decide how much money I received of my money for my child's tuition from these people I would have never gone with CST. *** do your own investments, not only did they *** about how much money we would receive but about the whole process.
