On November 6th, 2024 I placed an order for $702.07 for 6 dinning chairs with Wazo Furniture. On November 26th 4 of the 6th chairs were delivered. On November 30 I contacted Wazo customer service via email to inquire of the 2 missing chairs. On December 5th Wazo service created a new order for the remaining 2 chairs. Since then I have contacted Wazo service multiple times via email and telephone using contact listed on their website with no response. The phone number is now no longer in service. I have not received the 2 remaining chairs nor a refund and am now unable to contact the company with any response. Their website appears to also still be accepting orders.Initial Complaint

I purchased the Harper Cream Boucle Lift Up Storage bed August 31, 2024. Order confirmation ********. I was told expected delivery would be late November. Early December I called their customer service line at least 20 times. Was put on hold for up to 1 1/2 hours only to be disconnected each time. I have never been able to connect personally with a customer service rep. Emails were sent, the most recent being Dec 20th but no response. I even tried calling the sales rep who gave me a personal phone number but no response. This could have been a work phone. All I want is either delivery of the bed I purchased or a refund of the total cost of $1121.04.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for a live edge table on December 2. Told as per online that it would be 10-14 business days. I am not able to get a hold of a person at the company. I purchased 2 tables and 1 bench Nov 19, 2024 and have waited 7 weeks with no shipping notification from the company. When I made the purchase the bench and one table was in stock and the other table was available end of December. I reached out to the company twice - the first time I was told in stock items would be shipped immediately and the second time there was no response.
