              Hello, I purchased the 6-Cabinet Steel Garage Storage System in Charcoal Gray on November 27, 2023, and received the set in late December. Upon unboxing and assembly, I encountered an issue with both lockers. They appear to be warped and misaligned, preventing the doors from closing properly. Following the instructions, I contacted NewAge directly on January 6, 2024. Despite multiple exchanges with customer service, the issue remains unresolved after three months. Consequently, I am unable to utilize the lockers as intended and they function solely as open shelves.
