1 starthe company pickedup our products from our home in calgary but the company didn't delivery all of my products. Half of my bed is missing i know they have the product but they are not delivery it. I filed a claim on my missing items they said we will offer you $192 for all missing item but all of the items that is missing it will cost $500. so i paid this company to do a service for which they failed to do, why should i loss they should cover the cost of all of my item. the managers for this company is useless i keep asking to talk with a manger but no one is coming to talk with to find a solutions for my loss. 1 starHorrible experience with this company. Quoted us 3 weeks from pick up for our items to arrive. Items were then delayed an 4 additional weeks. Upon the arrival of the movers they told us our belongings were shipped to a different province. Multiple items were missing and the company refuses to engage in correspondence around locating all of the items or starting a claim for compensation of lost items. Their error resulted in our items being relocated in various warehouse's and trucks ultimately losing our valuable items and now they won't engage with us. I would never recommend this company. ** ***** ******** **** they make you pay before your items arrive and then when they don't deliver all of your belongings, they stop answering your calls.Review fromS. This company has provided amazing service!!! Anything they have promised was delivered with remarkable precision!! From the point that they have picked up the goods to the point of delivery everything went very smooth. And their price for the moving was very reasonable. I would like to help and save others time and money! I hired this company on May 20th deposit was given for my cross country move to Alberta, I was told three men were going to show up, I was told between 5-8, only two men arrived at 8:20pm no 30 min a hour window, when they arrived immediately saw my item list inside and made faces of confusion because the truck had other clients order filled more than half of the truck. The company says I am at fault because of my items lists, when everything I had was clearly noticed and even the extra stuff I had added I was now going to take on my pick up. ******** ** **** *** *** ** *** ***** *** **** ** *** ******* **** **** ** *** ****** **** **** **** **** ******** even the movers did not agree with the way it was handle by the office. I took pictures and video of the way things are to show that my so called “item list was not going to fit with only 8 Ft left. I am going to state again, not even my item los it will fit. The scared owner has the poor movers taking pictures but it’s clear to them too my item list was not going to fit. When our movers arrived at your pick-up address, they were on time, as scheduled. However, it was observed that you had nearly double the number of items compared to what was initially provided to our sales representative. It's the client's responsibility to provide an accurate item list for moving. This discrepancy resulted in a shortage of space on the truck, making accommodating all your belongings challenging. Our long-distance, consolidated moves rely on precise trailer capacity calculations using the item list and cubic ft. If a client exceeds their allotted space, timely delivery may be affected. We understand that the situation was frustrating, and it's important to note that the truck size is determined based on the item list provided by the client. Accurate item lists are crucial to ensure that the appropriate truck size is assigned for the move. In this case, it appears there was a significant discrepancy between the provided item list and the actual items. We value professionalism and the well-being of our clients, and we sincerely apologize if you feel otherwise. Regarding the claim that we "steal people's money," we want to clarify that this is not the case. The deposit is meant to secure the pick-up date and time. Additionally, it's worth noting that during the interaction with our movers, you instructed them to leave your property. We're sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during this process and any emotional distress it may have caused. These guys made sure every single piece of furniture, every box, and anything loose was wrapped up tightly to make sure nothing damaged. They showed up at the pickup location on time, packed everything up within 2 hours, and left without making a mess! Drop of was even easier! I recently took services from Hercules moving for shipping my household goods from Welland (Ontario) to Calgary(Alberta) and if I have to describe my overall experience in one word than it would be AWESOME. Jasleen (who was my main point of contact from first call enquiry to delivery) ensured that the whole process goes smooth, painless and to the quoted price. Few spotlights include 1. ETA of pick and delivery was honoured 2. Loading and unloading was done by professionals. They used liners to cover the corridor/carpets while loading and unloading. 3. What I was quoted is what I paid. No hidden fees 4. I was in loop and updated on every stage on the process. 5. None of the stuff went missing. 6. The goods were received is same condition as they were packed/loaded 7. Unlike many other moving companies where once sale is closed customers are asked to deal with dispatch for delivery, this was not the case at all. These guys are amazing from the moment you make the call to the time they delivered our belongings nothing but professional and reliable. We called all over for our move from Ontario to Newfoundland on our time and we found nothing. Until we got a hold of Simon from the 1st second of our conversation he understood what I wanted and needed and worked with me. When the guys showed up for pickup they all introduced themselves and handled everything, it was amazing watching how they put care into my belongings and respected out home. My bestest shout out goes to Don the man is a machine he delivered our belongings alone and told me not to touch to relax and enjoy my new home.
