      **** ******* ** * ********* They took my money and did not provide the items. We went to a highly difficult process with ****** and finally got it. ** *** *** **. When you buy with ****** make sure you read who are you actually getting it from. ****** doesn’t hold them accountable for anything.

      I ordered a monitor through a large online retailer which this company sells through. Product came fast but once I turned it on it had a faulty screen with lines through it. I returned in good faith and ordered a second one from them. Canada Direct did not want to refund my money because they said it was damaged. Sent me a picture of a monitor completely broken with physical damage. Many many emails after a couple months all I heard back was “let me check with our warehouse.” Finally they said they found the monitor and it was damaged. There is no way it could have been damaged per the picture they sent me saying I shipped it damaged. The entire frame was crushed and shattered along with the screen. After escalating through the online retailer they finally investigated found fault with the seller and reimbursed me. I will never purchase nor recommend dealing with this business; Canada Direct. ** ******* **** *****

      I ordered an automatic transfer switch for my RV based on the photo provided in the ****** description, however, when I received it and opened it up, low and behold, it is not the same unit as ordered. Be very careful when ordering from "Canada Direct" as I had to pay return shipping on this even though I had photos showing different product, the seller insists I received what I ordered. I will NEVER purchase another item from ****** as their "guarantee" does nothing to protect its members from third party **** sellers on items sold. Canada Direct doesn't care once they get your money, you will be in limbo. *************************************************************** *********************************
