      This business is very fast to take your custom order and payment but will not come through on product delivery or customer service. Custom wedding bands were ordered on 12/28/23. Since that date there has been zero contact made from anyone from Score Jewelry. Phone calls are never answered. Voicemails are not returned. Emails are not answered. DM's are ignored. There are extensive disclaimers on their website written with enough ambiguity that they can probably defend their ********* business practices somehow. It's disappointing to order important items and wait and wait and hope that you aren't getting *******. ** **** ******** ***** * **** * **** ** ****** ********

      I ordered 3 months ago! They took my money and never sent anything! I have contacted them 4 times, only to get 1 response back asking my information then poof they disappear again. ** *** **** ***** ****** **** *****. Essentially, your giving it to them to provide you with nothing!

      ORDERED A RING FROM THEM IN 2020, TOOK A BIT BUT DID RECEIVE IT AND WAS SATISFIED. TRIED ORDERING SAME RING IN SEPTEMBER 2021, THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING. SENT ENAIL. THEY ASK FOR MY ORDER NUMBER, THEN THAT WAS IT. HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND GET NO REPLY. DISGUSTING

      Horrible company to try and contact. Looking for information on my order, no response to multiple emails, no phone number listed. ***** **** * **** ** **. My bank has been notified and they are investigating fraudulent charges. The "business" should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people trying to have something special for their marriage. Sickening. Also invoice shows $212.44 BUT charged $275 from my card. ** ****** *** ***** * ***** **** **** **. And yes I live in Canada, and the so called Canadian company should charge in Canadian dollars and nothing shows on invoice it would be any different.

      Yep same as the rest its been 3 months no products. I searched for reviews online before ordering and they were good. I have so many choice words for these people but karma will get around to them. ************************************************

      My first order was late (told 6-8 weeks- received at 10.5 weeks) and then they had the audacity to *********** refer me to the form I signed stating I understood the company's 6-8 week window policy for receiving rings (AGAIN, it was over 2 weeks past the 8 weeks promised). They took the money the day I placed the order.

      My second order never showed up after 12 weeks; fought another 30 days trying to get ahold of them. After ****** couldn't reach them, ****** refunded my money. They received the money the day I placed the order.

      Thinking maybe it was because I questioned the timing on my first order that they refused to send my second order, I had my husband order them (third-time total/first-time hubby) in his name, using his credit card. Here we sit, 10 weeks later, no rings, no refund, no response. We are submitting a claim with the credit card company today.

      If they are not going to honor the orders placed, Score needs to take down their website and stop taking orders (and money) if they have no intention of fulfilling those orders.
