On 01/24/24 I went to pay for parking on the app to park at a lot in New Westminister and it was loading really slow. When it finally went through I got two push notifications from my credit card saying that $12.00 was taken out. They double charged me for the daily parking. And it did not send a receipt to my email for either transaction. I emailed them asking for a refund of the additional payment and they sent me a refund form and told me to include proof (ie. receipt or credit card statement). I provided my credit card statement alongside the form. As of 03/21/24 they have not responded to that email or the two subsequent follow up emails. No funds have been returned. On 03/15/24 I parked at their New Westminister lot again. I paid for parking and it issued me a slip. **** *** **** ****** ** ****** **** *** *** ****** *** ****** ** *** ******** I have been parking at this lot for 5 months on and off and never had an issue aside from the app glitch so I did not notice that the machine issued me a "non-valid ticket" slip despite taking my $12.00 payment. I grabbed the slip as I always do and shoved it in my purse without looking at it. 5 hours later I come back to a $100 parking ticket ($50 if paid within 7 days). I was shocked as I thought I paid seeing as I saw the money come out of my account that morning. I emailed them a dispute providing clear evidence of what happened and they send me a copy/paste email of stating I did not pay for parking and the ticket is justified as a result. Decision is FINAL. They told me to pay within 7 days of the email or pay $100 or face collections if not paid. No mention of the $12.00 they charged me that day. No apology for the inconvenience. Nothing. **** ****** *** ** ********* ** **** ******** ** **** *** ***** **** ** ***** ****** ****** *** ***** ********* ***** *** **** ******* ******** *** * **** ****** ******* *** **** *** ** * ****** **** ** **** ***** ******** ********* ***** **** ** ****** *** *** ****** ** ****

Dec 11, 2023I made a payment through the new parking app for parking at *** ****** **** **. I made a mistake in my car license number. A ticket was issued for $100, ***** ** *************  I immediately emailed the company with all the documentation explaining the issue. Dec 29, 2023 a request was made for all documentation (even though it had all been sent Dec 11). Jan 29, 2024 a judgement was issued acknowledging the payment and charging an arbitrary $39 administration fee. The notice was sent by email with a 7-day payment date. I missed the email - it went into my junk folder. Feb 14, 2024 I discovered the email, and attempted to pay the charge. The amount was now $175. I called the company in BC and attempted to resolve the issue unsuccessfully. Feb 15 2024 I mailed a cheque for $39 in good faith. Mar 21 2024 I received a notice by mail (dated Mar 12 2024) returning my cheque, demanding $100 *********** to send the amount to a collection agency, if not paid within 30 days. Mar 22 2024 I mailed a cheque for $100 paid under protest with a letter disputing the charge. I was never issued an invoice for the charge. The amount of the charge was not explained. If the charge had been sent by mail, with a reasonable time allowed for payment, I would have paid the $39. on time. I would like a refund of $100.

Date of transaction Was December 26, 2023 at 4:04PM EST. I received a statement in the mail on February 8, 2024 from Precise ParkLink Inc. advising that I owe them $49.00. No reason for the charge was provided other than this amount was outstanding for my vehicle license plate. No ticket was received on December 26, 2023. I contacted their office via email to dispute the charge as I know I paid for parking on that day and have the ticket to confirm the date and time my parking was valid for. All this information was sent to Precise ParkLink Inc. in my email as requested. On February 28, 2024, Precise ParkLink Inc. replied saying "After review of your parking invoice # *******, it has been found to be issued correctly. Your vehicle was parked in a no parking area". They provided no proof or even picture to show that my car was in a no parking area and have ended communication as they say their assessment is final. I know for a fact I was not in a no parking area as I have been parking in the same spot in their lot numerous times. I have photos to prove that the spot is not in a no parking area as there are designated lines to indicate it is a spot and there are no signs to say that it is not a no parking area. I'm there at least twice a week and have never in 7 years been given a ticket for parking in that spot. They are now *********** to send this charge to a Collection Agency and add additional fees for any late payments. There is no other way for me to contact or escalate this dispute. I should be given the chance to dispute this and given the proof have any invoice dismissed. Precise ParkLink Inc. should be able to provide me with at least evidence of any type of infraction in their review which they did not.

I received a collections notice regarding apparent parking tickets from 2017-2020 from my place of employment. My parking pass comes right off my paycheque. One of the issues is that the pass was very poorly designed - it was large and paper - it blocked the view when driving so my spouse would take it down - eventually the neck broke and despite taping it repeatedly, it would often fall down on the seat. I had spoken to the company about this regarding the first 2 tickets and took photos of my pass visible on the seat - they said they would waive them (obviously they did not). I do not recall getting any further tickets and I did not receive an apparent "final bill" in the mail stating that I owed any amount prior to receiving the collections notice (3 years after the apparent final violation?!). I attempted to contact the company NUMEROUS times via phone and also submitted online communication repeatedly for 2 months. They were completely unresponsive. I finally sent them a letter in the mail and stated I would not pay until I had communication from them and could discuss the issue via phone. They sent me a letter in return stating my parking violations - of course no attempt for actual communication regarding this was made. They essentially put you in a situation where you have no choice - this is my place of employment and I do not want issues for the next 20 years or fear of my car being towed. I have paid the full amount, which is not even anywhere close to the amount matching the supposed initial invoices ($245 vs $620); there is no explanation of the drastic price difference, and their online payment system will not allow you to specify how much you will pay. **** ******* ** ********** ******** * ** ********* *** ****** ** **** ****** ********** ******* ** ***** ***** ** *********t. Their machines also FREQUENTLY break down and patients end up in a battle with the company when they attempted to pay, but couldn't.

      - Parking Violation #8SC038U - Date of violation 11-28-2023 - Address where violation was issued: - **** *********y high St. Burnaby BC, *** *** - To whom it may concern, I would like to appeal a violation issued by Precise ParkLink for above ticket on my son's behalf and request for a refund of $53 which was paid. My son is a *** *** student. He has been parking at Precise ParkLink lot since Sept 2023 because no more *** monthly parking passes were available. On Nov 28, my son parked his car as usual but he was having issues paying for parking via his cell phone after multiple attempts. He finally paid via a laptop after he got to his class. However, he received a $100 violation notice from Precise ParkLink. He disputed the violation online and got a reply from Precise ParkLink that the decision is FINAL and they lowered the violation amount to $50 if paid within 7 days. The reason is a 12-minute gap between the violation issuance and payment confirmation. The violation could have been issued as soon as he left the lot for class so 12 minute gap sounds about right. He called to explain but was denied again so my son felt powerless with their decision. I am making the same appeal for Precise ParkLink to reverse the violation. I couldn't reach a live person after calling ###-###-#### and ###-###-####/1380 countless times (just busy signal and hangs up) and there is no voicemail thus my decision to contact your organization to communicate with Precise ParkLink for a refund. It upsets me that a company would target a student who has been paying at their lots and never received a violation from Precise ParkLink. The intent to pay was there but he couldn't pay due to technical difficulties. The fact is he paid for parking and was forced to pay another $53 on top of what he's paid initially ($50 + 3 transaction fee). Even a judge will consider the situation, payment/violation history of the person before his verdict. Thank you for your assistance, ******

I received a ticket for failing to make the ticket fully visible on the car dashboard. Subsequently, I contested the ticket through the appropriate Precise ParkLink Ltd. channels, which ultimately led to a resolution whereby the appealing office agreed that a payment of $5 would be sufficient to satisfy any outstanding obligations related to this matter. Unfortunately, the appeal office stipulated that the payment should be made within seven (7) days. I regret to acknowledge that, due to circumstances beyond my control, I could not make this payment within the prescribed time frame. While I never intended to neglect the charge, I expected a friendly reminder to proceed with the agreed payment. I sent two emails to the collections and dispute offices seeking clarification and resolution, but to my dismay, no response was received. This forced me into a corner, leaving me with no choice but to pay $147.25 to avoid any legal action as Precise ParkLink Ltd gave a date of November 17, 2023, to pay, or they would proceed as advised. The initial $5 administrative fee has been inflated to an astounding $147.25. **** ************* **************** ******* ****** ******* ********* ***** *** ****** *** ******** ** ******* ********** ********** **** ********* **** *** *** **** ********* *** ***** ** ** ******** ******* *** ******** ** *** ********** ** *********

I am requesting this business to void parking ticket # ******* I tried to reach out to business but they were unresponsive. Grounds for voiding: - at that day their app didnt work properly. I submitted all info and click pay ... and no info of whether it was paid or not was provided. I tried twice and decided that it was paid. (as I found later it wasn;t paid) My friends were trying to pay vi their terminal and the payment didnt go through. So basically there was only one option left (of which I found out much later) - to scan a QR code and pay via the browser. However I belive that is 2 out of 3 payment options are not working it should be parking company issue, not mine - so look for options that work besides, as I mentioned above. I was confident at that time that payments went through and in fact was concerned that I paid twice

Was given a parking tickets at the lot for my work. The machine only registered a D when I put in my plate which I wasn't aware of upon payment. I park in the lot everyday and only checked to make sure I paid the correct amount. I put in a dispute showing I paid for parking that day and they declined my dispute saying I need to not only pay the 11$ to park at my place of work but a 50$ parking ticket.
