This is for a parking pass at **** ****** *** ***** **** ******** ****** ***** ********* I called customer service at the end of August to cancel my parking plan as I knew I needed to give notice. My last day of work was Sep 19 2024. I called back closer to Sep 19 2024 and was told that they have no record of me calling to cancel before that it would take 30 more days to cancel that I still have to pay for October. This was unacceptable that I have to pay for their customer service team's mistake. I dont have the details for the call in August of 2024 because I had called from the hospital phone number ************ during my work hours. Im am now receiving a request to pay otherwise they will send it to collections. **** ** ** ****** ******** ** this mistake is not of my own. I shouldnt have to pay for their mistake. 12/03/2024 A parking ticket was put on my window and they will not allow me to dispute it in any way. There was an u expected road closed on queen street and had to turn into this parking lot there was only one way in and no exit to get out, I waited in my car it was dark *** *** **** ** ****** ***** **** * *** ** **** ******* **** I was nervous to keep driving in this parking lot but I kept driving and ended up in a second parking lot connected to the first and no exit. I waited and when I saw her I got out to ask the lady in the doors what to do so I can leave safely to not end up in the one way again and out of this parking lot and I came back to a $100 ticket. I am disputing this ticket considering this parking lot ** * **** **** no exit. I have emailed them and the response was nothing accept for what is written on the ticket. The person who issued the ticket was not visible to help in any way and issued the ticket very discreetly when I needed their help.Initial Complaint

I parked at the ***** ******** ****** parking lot managed by Precise Parking, where they advertise 20 mins or less is $4.50. This is clear both on their signage and on their website *********************************************************************** I was in for 12 minutes yet they charged me $9. I was not aware there was a parking attendant on site until after I paid and was leaving. I parker at location ***** ********** ******* ********* managed by Precise Parklink. I paid via their app ($15) to park, I was unable to pay beyond 6pm. My co-worker parked in the same location and paid at the machine. He too could not pay beyond 6pm. When we returned to our cars (approx 8:30pm), we both had a ticket. We both contested the ticket via email. I received a one time courtesy reduction to $10, however when I attempted to pay, the ticket was $95.Initial Complaint

On September 6th 2024 we attended a ******* game in London Ontario. We paid 30.50 to Precise Parklink Inc and the expiration time was 23:59. When we came out from the game we had a parking infraction in our window right on top of our receipt. When I emailed them later that evening with a picture of my ticket and receipt showing I paid for parking they emailed me back stating I didn’t have my receipt properly showing and they have made the final decision that I must pay the ticket or they will send it to collections. As it was very clear in the picture they took and sent me the receipt in the front dash along with me emailing proof I had paid for parking.Initial Complaint

I parked my motorcycle in my daughter's underground parking and had the parking pass on the front windshield of the bike and they still gave me a ticket. This is not the first time they have done this to me in the same lot.Initial Complaint

On August 5, 2024, I parked at a parking lot serviced my Precise Parklink and I paid for parking, I was driving a friend's car and therefore did not know the license plate from memory. I accidentally transposed two letters while I was registering for paid parking and this resulted in me getting a ticket. I emailed the company showing my receipts that I paid for parking and made an error in registering the plate. August 8/2024 ZONE ID #**** Correct License plate#******* and I paid for *******. I received a final notice to pay a parking ticket within 15 days or I will be sent to collections. I live and work 3 hours away, and was nowhere near the place the ticket is alleged to have been given. I have never received an actual ticket, only this final notice. It is for the amount of $175.00 I have reached out to them and haven't gotten any responses. I can send you a copy of the notice, and proof that I was not in the area at the time, nor within months before or after the date on the letter. I have worked very hard to get my credit rating where it is, and am about to purchase a house. I do not want this to go to collections. On 01/24/24 I went to pay for parking on the app to park at a lot in New Westminister and it was loading really slow. When it finally went through I got two push notifications from my credit card saying that $12.00 was taken out. They double charged me for the daily parking. And it did not send a receipt to my email for either transaction. I emailed them asking for a refund of the additional payment and they sent me a refund form and told me to include proof (ie. receipt or credit card statement). I provided my credit card statement alongside the form. As of 03/21/24 they have not responded to that email or the two subsequent follow up emails. No funds have been returned. On 03/15/24 I parked at their New Westminister lot again. I paid for parking and it issued me a slip. **** *** **** ****** ** ****** **** *** *** ****** *** ****** ** *** ******** I have been parking at this lot for 5 months on and off and never had an issue aside from the app glitch so I did not notice that the machine issued me a "non-valid ticket" slip despite taking my $12.00 payment. I grabbed the slip as I always do and shoved it in my purse without looking at it. 5 hours later I come back to a $100 parking ticket ($50 if paid within 7 days). I was shocked as I thought I paid seeing as I saw the money come out of my account that morning. I emailed them a dispute providing clear evidence of what happened and they send me a copy/paste email of stating I did not pay for parking and the ticket is justified as a result. Decision is FINAL. They told me to pay within 7 days of the email or pay $100 or face collections if not paid. No mention of the $12.00 they charged me that day. No apology for the inconvenience. Dec 11, 2023I made a payment through the new parking app for parking at *** ****** **** **. I made a mistake in my car license number. A ticket was issued for $100, ***** ** ************* I immediately emailed the company with all the documentation explaining the issue. Dec 29, 2023 a request was made for all documentation (even though it had all been sent Dec 11). Jan 29, 2024 a judgement was issued acknowledging the payment and charging an arbitrary $39 administration fee. The notice was sent by email with a 7-day payment date. I missed the email - it went into my junk folder. Feb 14, 2024 I discovered the email, and attempted to pay the charge. The amount was now $175. I called the company in BC and attempted to resolve the issue unsuccessfully. Feb 15 2024 I mailed a cheque for $39 in good faith. Mar 21 2024 I received a notice by mail (dated Mar 12 2024) returning my cheque, demanding $100 *********** to send the amount to a collection agency, if not paid within 30 days. Mar 22 2024 I mailed a cheque for $100 paid under protest with a letter disputing the charge. I was never issued an invoice for the charge. The amount of the charge was not explained. If the charge had been sent by mail, with a reasonable time allowed for payment, I would have paid the $39. on time. I would like a refund of $100.
