    Tracking number cant be linked to a carrier. directs you to a tracking app that you have to pay to use.

    * **** *** *** **** ****** **** ** ****** I now disputed the charge with my credit card. Spark paws said I ordered from a fraudulent site but it wasn’t theirs *** ***** * ******* **** ** ***** ** ***** **** *** ****** *****  I was also told my order was delivered and when I didn’t get it they said i must have put the wrong order incomplete address on my order. I didn’t. So they said they’ll give me a 60% refund. Not acceptable at all. Horrible.

    Never received my order, asked for refund, they offered to reship the product, I gave them a chance. ***** on me! Never received that order either, now they want to give me a 70% refund, but I received nothing!

    Seems about right, deny that it ever happened, even though when I first sent an email the response was we will send another set out immediately! My bank will handle the money side, I will make sure everyone I speak to knows of my experience and I will consider it a life lesson.

    ** * ***** **** **** **** ***** * ****** After placing an order on Dec.6,2024 for Christmas pajamas my order finally arrived Jan. 3,2025. I emailed several times requesting updated tracking info as my link was showing it stuck in China. U was assured it would arrive I. 2-12 days and by Christmas Eve. I tried calling their 888 number only to hear they were only responding by email. I requested a refund since I no longer needed these for Christmas gifts and was told they only offer refunds by Dec. 20th. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. ***** **** ***** ********** This company does not stand behind its service and products.

    Does not honor returns. Shipping is 3-4 weeks from China. Poor customer service. Aims to exchange items but no refunds.

    Delayed shipping. Ordered 11/30. On 12/19 I sent an email asking for the order to be cancelled d/t long shipping time and no longer needing the items. They said items were in transit. Arrived 12/23. Initiated contact about returning items on 12/23. Items do not fit my dog. Attempting to return for refund. No customer service number to call. Emails answered slowly. Are stating holiday returns must be by 12/20. I did not even have the items yet on that date. Offering store credit which I do not want. I want a full refund and will keep bothering them. The items are coming from overseas despite stating a US company. I think it’s bogus. Can anything be done to force them to refund?

    Ordered on Dec 4th, said it would take up to 9 business days to be delivered…ok, shipped on Dec 6th, so I would have been happy receiving the week before Christmas. Here it is Christmas Day and still haven’t received my purchase or communication about my purchase. I’m starting to wonder if this company is a ****.

    Shippping policies are misleading. Shipping takes much longer than they say on their website. Tracking is useless as it provides no real information for where you purchase is or when it will arrive. **** ** ********* **** * *** *** **** ********* **** ************  I have not received my merchandise 20 days after purchase (almost 2 times the maximum they said it would take). Have asked for a refund only to be ignored.
