I love both of my hoodies that I have received for my dog and myself. So comfortable and well made. The have arrived within an acceptable amount of time too. The first time I ordered I accidentally put the order through twice. * ***** **** **** *** * ******** **. I immediately reached out by email and they cancelled my second order and refunded me promptly. Upon receipt of the items I actually received both orders anyway. My recent second order came in a reasonable amount of time as well. The hoodies are great and prior to my order I was communicating with the company regarding a couple inquiries. I never had any issue with communication. They even sent me a 15% off coupon code for my purchase on top of the sale prices. Honestly, have not had any issue either time I have ordered. I even get compliments on my green hoodie all the time too which is funny when I tell them I got it from a dog clothing company. **** These are my favorite warm hoodies so far.Spark Paws

I ordered two items for my dog and the items never came. I waited two weeks and then spent another two weeks arguing with customer service about getting a refund. Over 30days after I placed my order, I contacted my credit card company and reported this business. I was issued a refund due to ********** charges. Seems about right, deny that it ever happened, even though when I first sent an email the response was we will send another set out immediately! My bank will handle the money side, I will make sure everyone I speak to knows of my experience and I will consider it a life lesson.Spark Paws

I emailed several times requesting updated tracking info as my link was showing it stuck in China. U was assured it would arrive I. 2-12 days and by Christmas Eve. I tried calling their 888 number only to hear they were only responding by email. I requested a refund since I no longer needed these for Christmas gifts and was told they only offer refunds by Dec. 20th. Arrived 12/23. Initiated contact about returning items on 12/23. Items do not fit my dog. Attempting to return for refund. No customer service number to call. Emails answered slowly. Are stating holiday returns must be by 12/20. I did not even have the items yet on that date. Offering store credit which I do not want. I want a full refund and will keep bothering them. 1 starOrdered on Dec 4th, said it would take up to 9 business days to be delivered…ok, shipped on Dec 6th, so I would have been happy receiving the week before Christmas. Here it is Christmas Day and still haven’t received my purchase or communication about my purchase. I’m starting to wonder if this company is a ****.
