      Purchased a couch and it was never ordered. I spent almost a year fighting with the company for my refund and then they went out of business. The company sold a product they no longer carried, but continued to tell me it was on order, but would not refund my purchase.

      My wife and I purchased a dishwasher from this firm in January 2022. Purchased the Solid Gold warranty from the outfit in the case we had problems. On 4 September 2023 we had problems with the machine and we contacted service through Bad Boys. A service man (third party contractor ) arrived the first time on 11 September and stated he had to order a part sensor and board. No forward movement and another tech arrived on 27 September and said he had to order a valve part. Finally on 28 September Bad Boy stated they would replace the machine. The dishwasher was picked up by the firm on 5 Oct 2023. My wife and I visited Bay Boy (Barrie ) on 15 October 2023 and picked out a new machine, paid an additional $113.00 for that machine and were assured it would be delivered. On the 17th, my wife phoned the firm again to get an ETA on our new machine and were told we had picked a discontinued unit; the sales person at Bad Boys had suggested that very model, very disappointing. On 19 Oct 2023 my wife called Bad Boys HQ and were told we could get a refund and to see the manager (Barb) for that purpose. That turned out to be * *** and we were provided a store credit for $847.00. As you are aware the firm went into receivership and it was obvious that they were happy to take our money, mislead us , ******* ** as they knew that we would never be able to collect our product or refund. We have a store credit for $847.49 that has not been honoured to date. We are amazed the Bad Boys continues to sell merchandise while owing loyal customers. We ask you for your intervention in this matter. **** *** **** *******

      We purchased a stove in 2020 from Lastman's Bad Boy Appliances. We got a warranty that guarantees parts and service, and if needed they will replace the appliance. The touchscreen on the stove has always had problems, but we worked around it. In December of last year I was cooking something and the broil went on. We thought it was a flaw in the touchscreen again, so my husband reached out through the warranty. Nothing happened, and we didn’t feel too much urgency over it so we made allowances for the holidays etc. he reached out again in the spring. Then in May the broil turned on while baking again - except this time I hadn’t touched any buttons at all. I was washing dishes next to the oven, which had been going for 30 minutes, when I smelled burning. The oven had been set to 350. Since then, the broil has turned on when we’ve tried to bake increasingly frequently, and now it turns on almost immediately when we select bake. My husband reached out under the warranty and also to the manufacturer, *******. ******* told us for safety we should unplug the oven. BadBoy directed my husband to an email that was unanswered, but he found another way to reach them. He was told they would reach out to a service company. The service company eventually called us, about 10 business days later, and someone came to look at it. This person told me, on June 6, that he was ordering parts because he needed to redo the electrical system. My husband was following up again (he’s made dozens of phone calls and sent dozens of emails by now), and found out that on Monday BadBoys cancelled the order for electrical parts that the service company had made. Badboy sent the parts to our house without notice. Then we had to call them and the service company for them to come out and actually install them (Jul 12th). Now the oven doesn't burn things, but it isn't baking right, and the touchscreen issue persists. We've been playing phone tag with them for weeks now, and have yet to hear a plan.

      I have had a number of issues with my order I placed back at the end of March. When I initially placed the order I was informed 4-6 weeks for delivery on the sectional ordered. Which then became 8 weeks which has now turned into months. In May when I was contacting customer service I was informed 2 of the 3 pieces for my sectional were in and that the third was to be delivered to the manufacturer on June 1 st and that Bad Boy would receive the product 2-3 business days later. When I called on June 1st it was confirmed to me that the third piece had been delivered to the manufacturer but that you would not receive the piece until June 15th. On June 15th my husband called and was informed that the piece was never delivered and that it was still on backorder and that someone would look into it. We never received a phone call back. When I called June 20th I was informed the third piece remains on back order and is now expected in July. I then was asked if I would like partial delivery of the two pieces there. Which I accepted and were delivered on Thursday June 22nd. We noticed after delivery that one of the pieces was broken. The wooden framework at the back of the couch is broken in pieces. We attempted to call customer service in June 24th however were informed that we would have to call back on the Monday. I emailed and called customer service countless time. I emailed and called the manager directly who ignored my countless emails until I was finally out through to her when I was disconnected. Then I get in touch with her and she said no return is possible without pictures. I then provided pictures and further detail of the damage and she continues to ignore my calls and emails. Not to mention I am now being told the third piece to the sectional is back ordered until August and to call back then I have Ben repeatedly deceived, ignored and unheard in the multiple issues I have encountered.

      We placed an online order for a twin-sized bed from BadBoy on April 10, 2023 (Order #*******). At the time, the site stated a two-week delivery window. As of today, July 15, 2023, we do not have the bed. I’ve had several phone conversations with a lovely but unhelpful customer service representative who repeatedly confirmed the bed was NOT in stock and it would take two weeks to bring the bed from Quebec. At one point we were asked for proof of our home address, which we complied with despite not entirely understanding the reason (we had to submit it on the original order!). We finally got a delivery date confirmed for today, but since we hadn’t heard from them I called customer service again. They were surprised to hear that we were expecting delivery today and once again stated we would need to wait two weeks. I requested the order be cancelled and a full refund issued - but this powerless customer service rep gave me a new phone number to call on Monday. They were swift to accept payment and have failed to honour their commitment. This is extremely poor business practice and customer service.

      We purchased a dishwasher with extended warranty from Bad Boys. Dishwasher was not working and submitted a warranty claim first of May On May 15 a tech repaired dishwasher unfortunately it was still not working and we notified warranty again which another tech was sent out… dishwasher still didn’t work called warranty never heard anything back called tech and was told that bad boys denied it to be fixed on June,12th bad boys did not contact us in regards to the denial nor were my calls returned. Finally come July warranty said it could not be fixed and they would give me 673.00 credit instore. We do not want 673.00 as it does not cover the cost of the dishwasher! Our warranty states repair or replace. We would like our dishwasher replaced with the same one we have which they have in store… I do not feel I should have to cover the extra cost of the dishwasher! Which they currently have on sale for 998.00 we have gone over 2 months with no dishwasher and constant with very poor communication back. I paid for extra warranty so if there was a problem it was corrected and not out of pocket costs! They also will not give the 673.00 in cash so I have the option to shop else where. This is absolutely ridiculous as this could have been resolved 2 months ago.

      February 14. 2023 I ordered a ****** Washer ********** order # **********. Today is June 11, 2023 and I am still waiting for my washer. I have called several times and they give me a variety of excuses. The last call was made in May and my washer was promised for delivery in seven business days. That didn't happen. I asked for a refund and they said they would talk to the manager and get back to me. That didn't happen. I have heard that this Bad Boy is going into receivership and I would like my money before the company is dissolved or, at least be put on the list of creditors...somewhere near the top. I was widowed two weeks after placing this order and now must live on half of my income and with a washer that is on its way out.

      I bought a couch online from badboys online june 30th 2022, its been one year i have not got the delivery 3 times they delivered and the manager said he has inspected by himself but always missing pieces, the third time i was told if it not delivered the whole couch i will get my money back i have tored of calling them they dont call back just say i will call you back, never call back i am tired of chasing them need my money back worst service ever i had with canadian business

      Dear sir, Reference is made to the above, my ****** review and their subsequent reply of it, I would like to register my greatest disappointment and irresponsible behavior of your staff name Kowti. I visited your store on 20th January 2023. Manager Kowti and salesperson Suzan attended us and we purchase appliances worth over CAD20,520.00 with sale bill no.******, we were promise that everything is available except one item and promised me to get me everything on or before 14th March 2023.( as I had bad experience in past to I told them (KOWTI) to put it on writing that all my stuff will be deliver on time, he insisted and said this is big company and can’t let you down so have faith is us. He also told me that if you want sure delivery you have to pay 50%, which I paid CAD10,260.00 instantly. On 14th March delivery truck comes and deliver only TV and Laundry tower, which as of now is of no use as i have not cook top or hood, microwave, wall Owen and warmer too cook the food. I have called more than 20 times to the stores to talk to the manager or sales person, but every time I was told they are with clients and will call you back but all in vain. I also visited the store many times and they always promised that the buyer is not here and she will surely call and confirm the date but all were stories. I asked the Manager Kowti to put it in writing the exact date of delivery of the appliances and he mailed with sure delivery date 22nd May 2023 but when i called him on 22nd he changed the statement and said it was approximate date. As of now 24th May 2023 i called again and spoke to the front desk lady called Suganiya and she also couldn't find some one who can reply me but she promised me that she will write to buyer and she has sent me mail confirming that she has asked for the status but no reply yet. I humbly request BBB to help me out as i have been stuck with the same for almost four months.

Order number ******* Paid cash $1218.24 Item never let the store , We went back several times to get a REFUND , and they say that ALL SALES are FINAL , We never took position of the item . We want all our money returned ( With NO STORE CREDIT )
