      I purchased a sofa and love seat on September 25 2022 online from the Lastmans Barrie Ontario website. The wait time was 4-6 weeks. This is now May 18 2023!. I have yet to receive my purchase. I have called, emailed, left messages and did online chats. I either heard nothing back or the dates were always 2 week increments. I have asked for a refund and was told no refunds. I’m very upset and angry. * **** **** **** *** ******** **** *** I either want what I purchased or I want my money back. How hard is that?

      We received our fridge in October of 2020. We had bought the extended warranty. In August of 2022 our fridge stopped working - we lost $300+ dollars worth of food. We submitted a claim through their online services. A repair guy came out in August and said the reapir was over the $400 that he was authorized to fix. He submitted the quote to Lastmans for approval. After a month of not hearing anything I called multiple times and left messages with no response. My husband called and finally got through to someone and after a few more calls we were told that we would be getting a replacement fridge. We went in the end of September and selected a replacement fridge. We were never told that we could get a loaner fridge in the meantime. It took until April of 2023 for this fridge to arrive. When the fridge arrived we received a call saying that we needed to pay for the fridge before it could be delivered. I told them that it was a warranty claim and was all covered by that so there was no payment needed. She called me back the next day to say that our warranty claim was denied (this is now 8-9 months later) and that they were going to reapir the fridge. Repair guy came out again to requote the work. It has now been a month (after the 9 months that we have already waited) and we still do not have a working fridge. The repair guy called again yesterday and said that they have only approved the $400 fix that will not fix my fridge. The complete repair is $1100. In the meantime we have lost 10+ months of our warranty as we have not had a workign fridge. We have had to purchase a used fridge as we have not had a workign fridge nor were we offered a loaner fridge. We still do nto have a workign fridge and they are onyl offering to do a half ass repair on our fridge that will not fix the fridge. I NEED ANSWERS IMMEDIATELY!

      Ordered a ****** type commercial washing machine on line 02/04/2013. No delivery date was given. Called about the expected delivery and was told about the end of the month. This is not good enough since I’m a senior with mobility challenges. I asked for my money back so can go elsewhere and purchase the machine I want. I was told all sales are final. In my opinion no sale has occurred since there is no exchange of goods. All I want is my money back! ****** ******

      December 21, 2022 I ordered a microwave from Lastman's Bad Boy on line and paid $1,727.94 on my credit card for delivery within two weeks. January 13, 2023 I called for an update on my order and was told four more weeks. February 15, 2023 I called for an update on my order and spoke to Karen and was told four more weeks. March 6, 2023 I called for an update on my order and spoke to Boris who told me he would investigate and get back to me. March 15, 2023 because I had not heard back, I call for and update and got Boris again who told me it will be in by the end of April. May 11, 2023 I called for an update and spoke to Jasmeet and was advised that if I order a newer model I would get it faster and sent me an email link of a different model that is $1,109.00. When I inquired about the price difference Jasmeet told me it would be at no additional cost to me. I informed Jasmeet that I have already paid a higher price and that Bad Boy would have to issue a credit back on my credit card. Jasmeet advised that they only give in store credits. I have now requested to speak to a manager. I still have no microwave and likely back at square one with an order.

      I purchased a king-size mattress ($3148.00), a set of box springs ($457.76), a metal bed frame ($248.88) from Bad Boy Ancaster on 02/26/2023. I was informed that the order would be delivered within two weeks. I received a phone call 03/07/2023, informing me that the mattress and the box spring had arrived at the distribution center and were ready to be delivered, with the bedframe to follow later. The delivery date was set for 03/09/2023. I received a call 03/09/2023, informing me that the delivery drivers had been unable to find my mattress in the warehouse, and therefore would be just delivering my box springs. The representative informed me that the mattress and the bedframe would follow up shortly but was unable to give me a firm timeline for the next delivery. The box springs were delivered on 03/09/2023. After several weeks of no communication from Bad Boy Ancaster, I reached out to them on the week of March 27 to inquire where my mattress and bedframe were. I was informed that they had arrived and would be delivered the following week, and delivery was scheduled for 04/06/2023. However, when I received my confirmation text on April 4, at 3:23 PM it showed that I was scheduled to receive two box springs and a bedframe, with no mention of a mattress. I reached out to the store by phone and informed them of the mistake. The delivery that had been scheduled for April 6 was then cancelled, and Bad Boy subsequently confirmed that they made a mistake and reissued an invoice for the mattress. A delivery was scheduled for 05/06/2023. On May 6, I received a call from Bad Boy Ancaster, informing me that the delivery drivers had once again failed to locate my mattress in the distribution center, and therefore would not be delivering it to me. I contacted the manager to request a refund and was told that he had to contact head office. I have received no further communication from the store since. It is obvious that they have no intention of fulfilling the contract.

      I ordered a tv from them online. The Tv was glitching upon receiving it. Call them within a few days to have it replaced. They refused. Even against their own policy. Then a few days after the return policy they refused. Spoke with my credit card company to have the charge removed. They did. I Dropped the tv to their near store since it didn't work. Due to the fact we were in quarantine times. I left it at the back of the store. Now I see a charge on my credit report. I want it removed

E-mailed April 12 regarding delivery-no response. E-mailed to cancel and requested refund April 14.-No response. Phoned, placed on hold-never answered. Phoned, held for 30 minutes, never answered. Checked my Credit Card-no refund yet-May 8th. Please help! All I need is a refund. Thank you.

      We agreed to purchase a fridge and stove in Dec 2022. They were to be delivered no later than early Feb 2023. Our flexiti account is not to be charged until delivery. Our fridge was delivered late but delivered. We have tried multiple times to get info on stove delivery and they keep pushing the date out. We requested to cancel the order and were told we can’t because it was custom. It was not a custom order. They are now saying end of May for delivery and we have found they charged our flexiti account and we have not received the product!! I have tried contacting head office and no response. They have changed the date so many times we have no confidence it will come end of May. Please help us. The account is under **** ********. Same address. Phone **********

      We were told flexiti account would not be charged until delivery. Also we were told delivery would be at latest February. Now store is telling us June. How can we be charged for a product not received? We have no confidence at this point the product will ever be received. It is in stock at other stores in Kingston. We want the order cancelled we are a family of 5 with no working oven. Be reasonable.

      On Feb 15/23, I purchased a ********* Electric Range online. Nothing indicated the product was not in stock or unavailable. After they took full payment for my item, they called to say it was not in stock, and that it would be delivered in mid-April. I asked for a refund instead, but was told that “All sales are final” and they could only offer store credit. They would not forward me to a manager. They offered to refund the taxes for the delay. They took my credit card info, but only refunded half I contacted them in mid-April, having heard nothing about my product. Then I was told it would be end of April for delivery. Emailed them again about delay, and about missing half the refunded taxes, no reply. Contacted today via online chat and 2 phone numbers - now I’m told their supplier won’t have it until May 17, then 2 weeks until they have it, and then arrange a delivery date. Still no managers available to speak to, and the only line I get is “All sales are final” As far as I’m concerned, **** ** *****. They took payment with the promise of a product that they do not have, and have repeatedly pushed back when it will be received. I don’t know how they are still in business Order # is ********** I’ve included the email they sent me, and my reply which they fully ignored

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They have failed to respond to my emails or return my phone calls. Upon calling again this morning, all I could be told was to keep waiting. When I requested to speak with a manager, she told me she didn’t have the technology to transfer the call. I asked if there was a manager in the building, I would wait on the line and he could speak on her phone. She left for a few minutes, then came back to tell me he was “in a meeting” and hung up on me.

      May 15 will be 30 days past the original agreed delivery date, at which time I will be pursuing legal action against them if they cannot give a definite date for delivery or give me a full refund.

      This is not a custom-built piece of furniture or special order item, so there is no reason it can’t be canceled, or sold to another customer. There was nothing in the ad to indicate it was special order or would be delayed 6 weeks or more past the original delivery date, which was already a lot slower than other companies. I could have ordered and had it delivered twice from your competitors.
