One of the absolute worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Had fiber internet with them, until it went down due to an issue with their line outside (**** ********* ******* **********). The frontline CSR team *** ******** ****** **************** **** that manages the actual lines did nothing but pass the buck back and forth between them for almost two weeks. I was told multiple times that a technician would be out to fix the line, and they either never showed up or did nothing to fix it. At least one they closed an outstanding ticket saying it was resolved when nothing was fixed. Not a single person I talked to ****** is **** * **** about helping me. Their entire customer service team is * ***** ** disorganized ***** ***** **** **** ** ******* *** *** ***** ******

****** ******, I see that the main cable servicing many residences in your area was severed and reported on December 6 2024. That unfortunately is not a fix that can happen overnight since it requires locating the issue and involving the municipality as well as the repair. The notes indicate that the service was restored on December 11 2024. We apologize for the insufficient communication regarding this matter and will strive to be better in the future. Anthony

Such terrible customer service and CSRs *** ** ********** I was overcharged $200 on my bill and it still has not been fully resolved. I tried to upgrade my device and it was reported as fraud twice. And I only found out through my persistent contacting. No emails or calls from them explaining what happened or why. And you have to be transferred 5 times in a single call because the CSRs don't know anything. It has now been 3 weeks and still no phone in site. I wouldn't be so annoyed if they were better at communication. **** ******* *** ********** **** ****** * ***** ***** It's not like I was asking for a deal or discount - just explanations! **** ** **** ******* Bell is and unfortunately there are no repercussions for their *** business practices. **** **** **** ********* ** ****** **** * ******** * ****** ****** **** **** **** ******

I had a very bad billing experience. In September I chatted online with a Bell agent for contract renewal, and we agreed bill can stay the same. I also had the chat history kept in my email. Somehow the bill increased 68% in October from $100 to $168. I chatted and talked to Bell, and nobody would like to refund or honor agreement, or even look at the chat history.

I recently signed up for Bell Canada’s Smart Home Security with the expectation of clear, consistent billing. When I called to inquire about their services, I was assured that my bill would remain steady. However, once I disconnected my Bell internet service, they began charging an extra $10 monthly. When I reached out to understand why, they claimed the extra fee was for no longer using their internet—something that was never disclosed during sign-up. Later, when I planned to move, Bell assured me that relocating the security system would be free of charge. But when I informed them of my move to Alberta, they told me they don’t service that area and that I’d have to pay a penalty fee covering two years of contract. I clarified that I was looking to move, not cancel the service, but they insisted on applying the penalty. Bell's customer service ****** me on multiple occasions regarding costs and service terms, ultimately failing to deliver on their promises. Their handling of customer concerns is disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend Bell Canada’s Smart Home Security Service to anyone seeking transparent billing or reliable service. *** ** **** ****** **** ***** * ****** *** ****** ***** ********

      * ***** ***** ***** They call me almost daily, ************ pushing their promotions. I would never consider buying any service from a company with such intrusive advertising tactics. I've asked them a hundred times to stop calling me, but they ignore my requests.

****** ******, I have confirmed that the the 2 charges on your October invoice for your device are broken down as follows: $48.36 for September 2024 $48.36 for October 2024 Your billing date changed and as such there are 2 payments for your device on this particular invoice. It just results in a pull forward of your payment schedule for the 1 month. You are not being charged extra and you will still finish paying the total instead of on 24 separate invoices you will have paid it in 23 invoices. If you look at your previous invoice it says you have 8 payments left. If you look at your current invoice it says you have 6 payments left. Anthony

Bell Canada, please improve your online customer service. Representatives calling from oversees have no phone etiquettes *** *** ****** **** ********** *** ************** Also, I cancelled my phone services within a few days of switching from another company and a notice of cancellation was sent from them because I received calls with better offers; however, I still received a large bill. The person I was speaking with was telling me he is working on resolving the issue and then proceeded to ask me for my credit card to charge me the entire amount. ******* **** **** * ***** ***** *** ***** ** * ** *******

Moved from ****** to bell and immediately regretted it. Placed an order over the phone and was encouraged to take TV even though I said I only wanted internet. After what felt like hours I was directed to go to a bell store location to verify my identity, which was fine. Went to Bell Store inside a ******* and told they couldn't find the order number provided but they could offer me an internet only deal. I was reassured I wouldn't get two bills. A week later I get a TV modem and two separate bills. I Stat on the phone for hours more and finally after days get the one bill resolved. Months later after only paying for internet services I noticed my bill was higher than usual because I now have TV service on my bill. After more hours and dropped lines they apologize and say unfortunately they van only give me internet but for a higher price. Hands down the most time wasted in my life as I am now going back to ****** having learned my lesson with Bell. Worst customer service and flat out will *** to get you to sign up.

I canceled my service with Bell on June 12th and returned all my equipment on June 28th. Bell informed me that it might take 2 months to sort out the billing credits and that I may get charged for the equipment but would be refunded. I got bills for two months, when I got the 2nd bill, I called in to find out why. They indicated that for some reason only my home phone was canceled (not my internet or cable). The agent confirmed I would get a full refund. Three weeks later I called again this time the agent confirmed the exact amount of my refund - $862 would be set to me by cheque. Today a manager told me that I would only receive 503 dollars, she could not explain how they came up with this amount and told me that it was my fault for not canceling my service properly (not addressing the issue of how could I receive service if I had no equipment.
