    I ordered two products from this business & did not get what I had ordered. The items I received were valued far less than what I had paid. One item I ordered, in person, was suppose to be a hard case for my telescope. I got a soft bag which is not listed on the website so I have no idea what the value, but I paid $225.00+tx. The other item I ordered online was suppose to be a glass solar filter & I paid $161.00+tax, but I got a solar filter worth $93.00 and made out of a flimsy plastic film. Both bought Aug/Sept 2020. I didn't get them a week later, as promised, but rather 10 months later in June, 2021. I've contacted him many times once I realized the price differences. He has ignored/ not followed through. I want a proper receipt of what I ordered, what I paid, and what I received. I want my overpayment refunded. I was patient when items were VERY late. I spent a lot of money at Khan. I am so disappointed. I even had to drive to T.O. to fix a mistake they made with my scope.

    I have been getting the run around from the owner Ray for months now. He refuses to answer my calls. He had sold me a Scope that was faulty. It took over a year to replace it with a so called better product. It was not a better product. He kept promising he will find what I was looking for. He has ignored my calls now for nearly 2 months. My experience with the the owner of Khan scope is that these people have been neglectful and act in bad faith to their customer.     During your second visit to our store, we made extraordinary efforts to address your concerns. Our team provided an in-depth, one-hour explanation of the product's features and operation, going above and beyond our usual level of support. We even allowed you to test the product with new eyepieces, which is a deviation from our standard policy, and you expressed extreme satisfaction with its performance while in store.

    It's essential to mention, however, that your visits were accompanied by disruptive behavior that adversely affected both our staff and other customers. Shouting, threats, and a lack of respect for those around you created an uncomfortable environment. Despite these challenges, our team remained steadfast in our commitment to assist you professionally and patiently.

    Ultimately, it became clear that the issue at hand was not a defective or bad product but rather the need for familiarization and proper utilization. We appreciate your decision to purchase new eyepieces and your subsequent satisfaction with the product's capabilities.

    While we regret that your experience did not align with your expectations, we trust that this response provides a more comprehensive perspective on the efforts we made to address your concerns. We hope that you find a solution that better suits your needs in the future.
