      I purchased the Vehicle - ***** ***** * - 2022 from Favorit motors. In writing and verbally, I was told the car was in mint condition. After I got the car home, I called them as there was a large blue mark on back seat. They said that I could bring it back and they would get it cleaned. As it is nearly 2 hours away, they agreed that I could get is cleaned by detailer in my home town of Waterloo. The detailer said it could not be cleaned and advised I go to Tesla directly, Tesla told me it cannot be cleaned and need to replace the seat. I notified the dealer of this, and initially, then said to bring it in as they will clean it. I explained again what Tesla have said and asked if we could do this somewhere closer and they will not return calls or emails now at all.

      I bought a car last week which I drove for one day before it broke down. **** *** ****** * ****** *** *** **** **** **** **. I was sold a warranty by Alex for a vehicle that already had a manufacturer warranty attached to it. I was spoken to **** * *** **** * **** ***** by Dmytro and I was told I would have a rental due to this but none was provided by Jason. I was told I'd be reimbursed my money for a car I rented by Anastasia but now nobody is returning my calls. Now my car parked in a parking lot until December 4th. I drove it for less than 30 km before it broke down. Now my calls are being screened. I am no longer able to reach the dealership. I bought what I thought was a reliable vehicle but is not. I am not able to drive my kids to and from school, go to work, take them to much needed doctors appointments, meetings. Nothing! So far i have accrued car rental costs, cab fare costs. I have been blocked from contacting the sales representative. I have been left with a vehicle that I told them 1.5 days after that I didn’t want anymore and they have done nothing to help. I’ve been spoken to by ************ people with zero will to help. It’s been a week and I am unable to reach any type of comfort.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I was promised a rental vehicle but was given a letter I needed to sign first which as you can see is not a letter of help. 

      I was sold a warranty after being told by Alex I didn’t have one when in actuality I did have a warranty attached to the car.

      Your management team isn’t doing anything to help me. My car has been at ******** **** Sudbury since a day after I received my car from Favorit Motors. I have been in contact with ******** **** and they have advised me this is an issue with Favorit Motors to fix as they sold me a faulty vehicle. 

      Your salesman Jason F. is now in contact after having blocked me from contacting him. I have repeatedly asked for an end of contract, an exchange of vehicle or my old car back but I keep getting brushed off. 

      I have made endless attempts to speak with the “CEO” Taras to no avail. 

      These are my true events and I did not use ******* to answer.

      Bought a car from this dealership and was given a set of tires that are 9 years old, which is expired and putting people in danger. Trying to call and they keep hanging up the call when I’m trying to discuss this matter.

Tires can remain serviceable and safe for an extended period if they are properly maintained and meet safety criteria. In fact, many tire manufacturers indicate that tires can remain reliable for up to a decade or more, provided they pass essential safety checks.


      Your safety is paramount to us, and we want to reassure you that if your tires meet safety standards and have been well-maintained, they can still deliver reliable service. Proper maintenance is the key to extending their life. We strongly recommend regular tire inspections, which include routine checks for proper tire pressure, signs of wear, alignment, and balance.       I am rejecting this response because:

      I’m not an expert at this, but my mechanic told me that you guys are not supposed to be putting a set of tires that are 5 years older than the car itself, the set of tires are considered not road-worthy. Also, when I tried to get explanation from one of your representative, instead of explaining it, she was screaming at me and hung up the phone and texted me with all types of nasty threats, in which is why I decided to file complain via BBB. The car came with more than 1 issue, as explained before, 2 days after receiving the vehicle I had to bring to the dealership to get the AC fixed. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from you and I’m just extremely disappointed with the service.

It's important to clarify that there isn't any industry guideline that mandates the age of tires in relation to the age of the car. As we previously mentioned, the lifespan of a tire is influenced by various factors such as usage, driving habits, maintenance, and storage conditions. According to the driver's handbook, tires can remain in service for up to 10 years if they are well-maintained and meet safety criteria. We value you as a loyal customer, and upon reviewing our records, we noted that you have purchased multiple vehicles from us in May 2020, December 2020, and June 2022, respectively. It's worth noting that the concern about the age of the tires arising a year and a half later (if this is related to your latest purchase), suggests that the tires have been performing satisfactorily and have fulfilled their intended lifespan. Nevertheless, regular tire inspections and maintenance are crucial to extend their longevity and ensure optimal performance.

      In terms of the AC issue you encountered, I'm pleased to hear that it was promptly rectified. While we make every effort to ensure the optimal condition of your vehicle, certain issues may arise that are beyond our immediate control.
