  Very low quality seats. I paid close to 4k and they came severely wrinkled. I weigh 160 pounds and hardly have anyone over. Yet it has serious crinkling. Also it always gets stuck whenever it gets close to closing, so constantly having to separate seats and reattach.

  NIGHTMARE!!! ** *** ***** ********* **** ****. We bought a new home and ordered furniture from Valencia. We have now waited over a year for furniture. We have had shipments of broken furniture, furniture we never ordered delivered, pieces of orders delivered and no direction when we will get the rest. It just keeps getting worse. We spent over 9K and after a year of waiting and all the times they have screwed up our order they have offered a 2% discount. **** * ***** *** *** ** **** *** **** ********* * ******* *** ***** ** ******* ** *** ******* ** *** **** *** *** ***** * ****** ****** ** ******** ********* *** ** * ***** **** *** ***** * ****** Terrible experience, customer service is even worse.

  HORRIBLE customer service *** ********* ******** ********* ** ** *******. Before ordering, I called the company to verify the BEIGE color with a sales agent, and to receive assurances that the cushions wouldn't be wrinkled as in a ******** photo I saw. I placed an order. ******* nowhere on the product page, cart page, or check out do they present you with their "return" policy. You have to hunt to find it (I still can't). The sofa arrived and was PURE WHITE. Not cream, and certainly not "BEIGE". Cushions all wrinkled. I called the company while freight was there, no answer. I refused the shipment as I can't have an enormous immovable box with a sofa in it in my living room, and knew for sure we do NOT want this sofa that is not what we were promised.

  Messed up my order, finally got my new chairs out to me, had an issue with the seat controllers and told me it was out of warranty, my original purchase was but I didn’t get my original purchase until months and months later which would’ve landed me under warranty. Their products look great but they’re complete garbage. Not comfortable, use cheap controllers which are a known issue **** ******** ****** *** ******** ******* and have done nothing about it. *** ****** **** ***** **** ***** ****** ***** ** ******

  Valencia does not respect its warranty, nor reply to multiple letters of complaint, nor requests for refunds. Substandard leather, very poor quality, but customer service is non-existent.

  Fantastic company to make a big purchase from. Excellent communication from purchase to delivery to follow-up. Very pleased with high quality materials and well made sectional. Extremely comfortable and makes a beautiful look to my living room.

  Super nice seating. I really like the modular design. Seems like it would be super easy to add to the couch if I wanted to. Comfortable and really supportive. I don't like furniture the feels like you are sinking to the floor when you sit down. This couch doesn't do that yet it's still comfortable. If I were to make any suggestions to Valencia would be too make a way to connect each section in the back as well as the front.

  We ordered two rows of three Valencia Piacenza theater chairs through ******. I did not expect to interface directly with the company, but I received a call from Valencia maybe a day after our purchase to say thank you and to let me know what to expect for delivery. They also sent multiple emails through the ****** platform with additional information. The chairs arrived ahead of schedule and are of great quality. Valencia also followed up about two weeks after delivery to ask if we had any questions and to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase. I would absolutely purchase from this company again, and plan to do so if we are ever in the market for additional theater seating.

  A great purchase. The chase and loveseat look stunning and the color is so beautiful. I looked at thousand other stores before purchasing this furniture from Valencia and none of them impressed me like this one. Took me some time to find it but it was worth it in every aspect. Love this couch.

  I recently purchased a italian leather ottoman from Valencia. The ottoman came carefully packaged and I am impressed on the quality. Not only was the furniture what I was looking for. The company reached out after my purchase and scheduled a delivery time. They also followed up after the ottoman arrived to make sure the shipping was on time. I definitely recommend this company and will be purchasing more furniture in the future.
