    Bought a phone from this place just before Xmas for my son. I ended up giving it to my son for chirstmas and he used it for about a week when the front of the phone screen fell off. I took it back and he said he would get it fixed and would take a day or 2 max. I tried calling and left multiple voice mails about the phone and nothing back. Went to the store multiple times and was always closed . Fast forward to today. I called the store as a friend told me the doors were open. I spoke to the owner and told him who I was and said I didn't hear anything from you haven't gotten a single call in over 5 months, I've went out and bought my son another phone and I would like a refund. He tells me no that I'm not getting a refund and that he got the phone fixed. I explained to him that's not my problem I didn't hear anything in 5 plus months and that I want a refund. He told me no. I want to be refuned as he didn't call nor let me know at all what was going on he just ghosted me so I had to go get my son another phone. I could be asking for the money that I'm out for my son's phone but I'm not asking for the 200 I paid for a phone that was broke within a week and never got to use in over 5 months
