I called on The Foundation Experts Inc. to address longstanding issues with water entering the crawlspace in my childhood home. Over the years, water seepage was temporarily resolved by patching efforts on the house exterior, only for it to reoccur, with increasingly large volumes of water entering the space after rainstorms in recent years. My siblings and I were concerned that there was unseen structural damage, which turned out to be the case, as **** demonstrated. He also showed us that the original foundation was constructed below grade, and described how this would be rectified. The Foundation Experts Inc. had done work previously on another home for me, nearly twenty years ago, with no recurrence of issues, so I had every confidence in **** and his crew in tackling this more complex ****** usual, the customer service was excellent. **** outlined what would be done, including a timeline. He was always receptive to questions, answering them to our satisfaction. Everyone on site was courteous and professional. The worksite was cleaned and secured daily. Consideration to mitigating disruption to life inside the home while the project was ongoing was obvious and appreciated.The quality of work is impeccable; I am amazed at what was accomplished.I highly recommend The Foundation Experts Inc.

The Foundation Experts repaired four foundation cracks. All contact and work was handled in a professional manner. The process was well explained both before and during the project. Coordination of engineer visits, inspections and reports was smooth. The team was great. I will recommend them to friends and neighbours.The Foundation Experts Inc.

**************** In September, I had work done by the Foundation Experts to repair several cracks in the foundation. From start to finish everything went perfectly. **** was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything and replied to messages promptly no matter how trivial the questions might have been. His team did a great job. The Foundation Experts were great to work with to address drainage issues around my home's foundation in the fall of 2023. **** explained clearly the work and potential options once the foundation was exposed. I would have to agree with all the former reviewers. **** and his crew really know what they are doing and kept us up to date on the progress and plans daily. The crew are very experienced and work well together. They are always polite and accommodating .Our problem was a cracked foundation and this team worked incredibly hard and did the job in a timely manner. We certainly recommend this company. I had two cracks in my foundation one of which was previously repaired from the inside through injection a number of years ago. I wanted a more permanent solution and came across The Foundation Experts. From the first communication through the completion of the project **** was quick to respond, always pleasant and never rushed, took the time to explain the process and the options. He coordinated all the resources for the project, was there to begin the project and in touch every day of the project. **** performed the work and he was prompt, professional, and polite. It is a relief knowing the foundation is repaired and backed by The Foundation Experts.The Foundation Experts Inc.

This is one of the best, if not the best, company Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. We had a crack in the wall above a large picture windowthe support installed during the window installation was under-sized. The Foundation Experts Inc. easily addressed this and some other concerns of the house I asked about. **** was by several times or in contact by phone or email to ensure I understood what was happening and if I had any questions. The architect, ******, was very much hands-on during the initial assessment once the wall was opened up and again for a final assessment and approval before everything was closed up. I have nothing but praise for ************************ and ******* who worked diligently making sure I understood what was happening, about to happen and when. Most importantly, everyone that worked on this project was polite, professional and respectful at all times. A final comment: this project was started and finished, including clean-up and painting in 2 calendar weeks, that included the Easter holidaysI think that is phenomenal for a project of this size. When they left, it's like they were never here, and now I have peace of mind at last. Thank you, ****, and to your crew!
