I had two cracks in my foundation one of which was previously repaired from the inside through injection a number of years ago. I wanted a more permanent solution and came across The Foundation Experts. From the first communication through the completion of the project **** was quick to respond, always pleasant and never rushed, took the time to explain the process and the options. This is one of the best, if not the best, company Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. We had a crack in the wall above a large picture windowthe support installed during the window installation was under-sized. The Foundation Experts Inc. easily addressed this and some other concerns of the house I asked about. **** was by several times or in contact by phone or email to ensure I understood what was happening and if I had any questions. The architect, ******, was very much hands-on during the initial assessment once the wall was opened up and again for a final assessment and approval before everything was closed up. I have nothing but praise for ************************ and ******* who worked diligently making sure I understood what was happening, about to happen and when. Most importantly, everyone that worked on this project was polite, professional and respectful at all times. A final comment: this project was started and finished, including clean-up and painting in 2 calendar weeks, that included the Easter holidaysI think that is phenomenal for a project of this size. When I found cracks in my foundation I called The Foundation Experts and they were quick to come and assess the problem. Alex was great in explaining to me the problem, and explaining in detail the type of work that would be done. Big jobs like this can be stressful but **** and his team reduced that stress by making things go as smooth as possible. The Foundation Experts recently repaired the superficial cracking that occurred nearly 10 years after they had repaired several cracks in my foundation. As others have noted, cracks in your foundation are a scary and costly matter to deal with for the average home owner. However, the individual who did the repair and parging was very professional and competent and I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done and the fact that my original contractual warranty was honoured.
