I have a bad experience and made a big mistake buying my new furnace with this company. The salesman who visited my house did an inspection on my old furnace and check the venting and airduct of my old furnace did not tell me that they will cut the 4 inch pipe that will bring fresh air to the new furnace installation. If i only knew that they will cut the 4 inch pipe, I did not buy the ****** brand furnace. I should have buy other brand of furnace that don't need to cut the 4 inch pipe for fresh air. We did not feel this cold temperature in my house during winter with my old furnace because the 4 inch pipe is connected inside the furnace not outside the furnace. The cold temperature in my basement is going up to the first level of my house to the kitchen until my bedroom. We are suffering to much cold in the winter because of the 4 inch venting or pipe they cut that bring fresh air to the new furnace. We are not happy, upset and disappointed with our new furnace because we are suffering too much cold in the winter.Besides our bill for our gas consumption went to high because of the 4 inch pipe they cut to bring fresh air for our new furnace.

unfortunately the 4 inch pipe was always there, it was connected to the return air ductwork which is against code now, and causes heat exchanger to crack. we only disconnected the pipe from the ductwork and put it beside the furnace as per code. this customer had TSSA in and they told him the same thing it is code.

this customer is leaving bad reviews any place he can, and this is not an issue with the installation it is a TSSA gas code requirement. it is out of our control.

he TSSA inspector i called came to my house and did inspection on the venting they installed for my new furnace. He found out that Ambasador Dearie HVAC Inc. technician did not follow the code of the venting that's why The TSSA inspector informed Enbridge that the venting need to be repaired that's why Enbridge issued a Red Tag ticket for safety violations on work done by Ambassador Dearie Inc. The repair need to be done within 42 days otherwise Enbridge will cut my gas supply for my heat if i fail to comply. So they should not be telling BBB that they follow the code because simple job for installing the venting of my new furnaces did not pass the TSSA standard. * **** ******** * *** *** ****** ** ******** *** *** ****** ********** ** **** **** ** *** ******** I'm suffering too much cold inside my house during the winter and it cost me lots of money for my gas consumption for my heating because of the 4 inch pipe they cut that bring fresh air to the new furnace. I'm putting the blame on the salesman who did inspection to the airduct and venting of my old furnace.Because, He did not tell me in the beginning when he did inspection to my old furnace that by buying a new furnace like ****** brand they will cut the 4 inch pipe that will bring bring fresh air to the ****** furnace, If he is honest with me by telling me that they will cut the 4 inch pipe that will bring fresh air for the ****** furnace, I should have buy furnace same brand like my old furnace that don't need to cut the 4 inch pipe because the 4 inch pipe is connected to my old furnace not outside the furnace. The cold temperature in my basement is same like temperature outside the house in the winter that's why it cost me lots of money to pay my gas supply for my heating. The cold air coming inside my basement is spreading in all levels of my house from basement to the second floor to the kitchen until my bedroom. * **** ******** * ****** ********** ****** ** ******** *** *** ******* ********* ** ********** ****** ****

The person who answer a comment from my written reviews don't want to recognize mistake of their technician who did an installation on my new furnace because you know why? ******** issued them a Red Tag Ticket for safety violation on the work they have done but still, He is avoiding to admit their mistake even with a safety violation issued by ******** with the 2 inch venting they installed that violates the TSSA standard code. I sent a copy of the Red Tad Tag ticket for safety violations to Bob the salesman who did inspection to the venting and airduct of my old furnace but he is saying TSSA gas code but still a violation of the TSSA code because it did not pass the TSSA standard. It seems to me, He don't understand my main issue here. If he is only honest to me when he did an inspection on the venting and airduct of my old furnace that they will cut the 4 inch pipe that will bring fresh air to the ****** furnace, I should not buy from him the ****** furnace. I should have buy a furnace similar to my old furnace that don't need to cut the 4 inch pipe. I'm the one suffering from the cold weather entering from the 4 inch pipe they cut. It cost me lots of money to pay my gas bill for my heat in the winter and I'm suffering to much cold inside my whole house because the cold temperature in the basement is spreading in all levels of my house from the basement to the first floor to the living room, kitchen and in all my bedrooms. Lesson learned from big mistake buying from this salesman because he is not honest with me by not telling me that they will cut the 4 inch pipe that bring fresh air to the basement and cost me lots of money to pay my gas bill for my heat and not comfortable sleeping at night because its freezing inside my house during winter. The temperature in my basement feels like temperature outside the house during winter. Its sad to have this experience for buying my new furnace I wish i did not buy from this salesman.
