            Menard Heating & Cooling installed a new furnace and a/c unit at my property at *** ******** **** ****** in July/August 2014. The contract for the new HVAC system included a 10 year warranty on parts and labour. The contractor completed an annual service on the furnace in January 2022 and discovered that the gas valve was not operating correctly. The technician concluded that the gas valve will need to be replaced and possibly the control board. I have emailed the company numerous times requesting an update on when the repairs will be completed (see attached) as well as called the office and left messages. I have not received a response to my emails or phone calls. Now that the winter season has arrived it is important that this repair be completed asap.

            We hired them to replace our old oil furnace and heat pump. From start to finish, it was an easy and clear process. The installers/technicians were super knowledgeable, efficient and meticulous and we're super satisfied with the end product. What's even more impressive is that the work was done when promised (even quicker then anticipated), there were no surprises or hidden fees. They delivered a great product on time and on budget...it's almost unheard of these days and it shoes a great testament to the company's pride and values. Thanks for a great install and I would highly recommend Rick Menard Heating & Cooling Ltd. to anyone.
