    I am presently in a dispute with Oakwood, Designers & Builders Inc. (referred to herein as Oakwood) regarding a major renovation project that has stalled heavily during the very early stages of the design process due to bad service. Through were few, mostly telephone and emails, we reached agreement on an internally reviewed Oakwood proposal document that had increased in scope in a short timeframe. This had turned into a significant project with my verbal agreement to making such a large investment happening hand-in-hand with Oakwoods’ commitments of world class design and build. I was promised that my builder-grade (as the Oakwood project consultant would describe it) kitchen, powder room, laundry room and master bathroom would be featured in magazines and be award worthy. The Oakwood reviewed project proposal was priced $207k+HST (Excludes appliances). [Continued and attached in full as an attachment "BBB-Complaint.docx"] The contract is over 10Mb and cannot be uploaded here due to size. Likewise the proposal is a large document. These two Oakwood documents can be provided separately. I was never provided the countersigned documents by Oakwood. Roger Fortner
