    Several people have had the same complaint I suspected the first time they fixed my ring it was different they said no I went back again several years later thinking maybe I was wrong and I know now for a fact I was not wrong they swapped my heavy gold for hollow gold they took the rubies and diamonds out of my rings with a refuse to fix they charge me a whopping $130 to steal my jewelry and I am not happy I am an older woman with cancer trying to get my jewelry together to save for my grandsons when I die I feel this is appalling these people are very very rich the woman's got over a million dollars worth of diamonds on her at any given minute I don't feel they should be ripping off the little guy I am not a prejudiced person but we did not let these people into ****** to rip the little guy off poor Canadians, I don't suspect anything can be done about it because they never weighed my gold when it went into the shop also I have a picture of the before and looking at the after it doesn't look the same at all I'm very disappointed
