      We ordered an E-grizzly Quad from Venom Motor Sports on May 16. It was intended for light use on our property. I was to use it to let my dog run the property while I was able to keep up with her on the groomed trails. I am 76 years old and have trouble walking. This was a perfect solution and it’s electric. From the first day we received it we have had problems with the machine. We have contacted the numerous times and they do answer us. The Machine stops and won’t start .they advised us it may be a throttle issue and sent us a replacement throttle. It arrived yesterday. The part was used, not a new replacement. I paid for this with my pension funds ( left a big whole in my wallet) and now I can’t use it. My husband is a trained mechanic who rides motorcycles and drives a semi. He is away a lot so we were looking forward to me having some independence. I need them to refund and to take machine back. They don’t talk to you on the phone, you have to email back and forth. All together we have used it maybe 5 hours. Help please!

      I recently purchased a 2022 denim X 21 50cc motorcycle from this company I don’t even have 400 miles on it yet and I have had nothing but problems they have been very helpful with warranting all parts that is covered under the one-year bumper-to-bumper warranty that was included with purchase now they are giving me the runaround about fixing it further I’m to the point now where I just want my money back used ****** to finance the bike how do I get my money back I told them I know longer want the bike it is a problem after problem situation I do not want to pay for something that they cannot stand by their warranty policy and fix and they said they do not except them back in returns because of freight cost how do I get my money back. It has died on me multiple times where I have to push it home over a mile they keep throwing parts at me and not listening to what I have to say it’s never ending

      This company has absolutely robbed me! The bike came with the headlights and taillights not working. Their solution was sending me out replacement bulbs. They winded up burning out the minute you revved the bike. Then their solution was sending them out AGAIN. Still same thing, burnt out in less than a minute. We later found out that the lights were attached to the DC line instead of the AC line, so it was getting too much power from being powered by the engine rather than the battery itself. Then their solution was sending out resistors. Again, nothing, just dim lights that one flickers and the other one is partially on. Oh and at this point my tail light is no longer working at all.. So after getting frustrated I demanded to take it into a shop. They told me the most they would provide was $50 credit, I laughed and then it changed to $100 credit… I don’t think these people understand how much time and investigating it takes to find a solution and for the replacement parts.. $100 .. really?? I was told that I wouldn’t get shipped a new bike or be allowed to get any further credits if cost more to repair it. I AM NOT A MECHANIC! The amount of time and energy that went into trying to fix this all myself with replacement parts was stressful. They give you a drawing of the bike and everything is in Chinese, then they send you a video on how to install it and hope for the best.. I have had now 3 replacement bulbs sent, 2 sets of resistors, 1 sensor switch and 1 taillight sent and all of it was a waste of time. They didn’t want to hear that it was an electrical issue. They are just doing the bare minimum of their “warranty” to show they provided something. IN THE END—I bought a supposedly brand new bike, and stuck with all this inconvenience and nothing to show but frustration and spending my own money to get this repaired! Still haven’t been to the shop yet, it is really dangerous as you know to drive a motorcycle on the road without lights.

      Please ensure ************ is written somewhere on the outer package so once your motorcycle arrives back to our facility we will issue you a full refund. We will also waive any applicable restocking fees as long as you can ensure the motorcycle arrives in good condition to our facility

      I am rejecting this response because: Venom motors approved to fix this bike at a local shop. However I was told that it would be too much money to do so. I do not have anyway to get this bike back for shipment unless the company is willing to handle all the shipping arrangements too. I will NOT be out of pocket due to them selling me a faulty bike. I request that they either make the proper arrangements to have this shipped back and I receive a new one or that they pay for the local shop to fix the issues with it to pass the PA STATE road inspection to be legal to drive on the road.

      They sold me a defective bike. The gears do not shift sometimes. The bike does not start sometimes. The handlebars are wrongly installed. The bike rattles to unsafe amounts. The bike does not work properly. It appears they sent me a bike with the intent of attempted murder.

      Hello,



      This customers bike was stolen from their property and returned to them vandalized and destroyed. See attached pictures he provided to us. His bike is not functioning because it got stolen and damaged.


      We have offered the customer help and assistance with getting their bike fixed but refuse to pay for anything. They want us to fix it for them and pay for all repair costs and we will not do that. Customer should have had vehicle insurance to cover the damage that happened from the theft as this was not the responsibility of the seller. Customer has had the bike in their possession since February 



      We can assist the customer with parts to fix his bike but he is responsible for fixing it.

      I ordered a 2022 kp mini ss3 and received a 2020 kp mini ss2. The biggest issue is I paid so much more for a 2022 model that If I just but a 2020 model I would saved a lot of money. This company has the 2020 model priced higher than the actual 2022 model. My bike has none of the upgrades that it says that are on my bike that I paid for. Customer service doesn't to care about customers and they seem like they aren't knowledgeable of their own products. I'm assuming they can't be using false advertisement and deceptive marketing schemes.
