We booked 6thirteen in December, for our move in ****** I spoke to the manager on several occasions, sent a detailed list of items, he told me the truck he would send for our job and i sent a deposit. Easy process there. They arrived on time but shortly after arrival they said they wouldnt be able to complete our move. I was shocked since we had arranged everything earlier. ***** also told me he was there for 100 boxes and gym equipment, not a full house of furniture. I showed him the email and he said they made a mistake and see if they can get more guys and another truck to come out. The manager ****, was unreachable. They began work while we waited to hear from the manager. After an hour ***** said they could come back another day for an additional fee and would tell me which day since they werent sure. This was unprofessional since I had sent a list of items and received a quote and now they wanted more money because they sent the wrong crew/ truck. I finally got a hold of **** and he said this was non-negotiable. We agreed to pay the extra fee since we needed to be out of the house. Through out the move they damaged a few items and blamed us. We said no problem and moved on. I asked if he had a cover for a particular white couch and ***** assured me it would stay clean. I offered to cover it and he said no, he had it. We get to the new house, they bring in more damaged stuff since it got moved in the truck. He blamed the bumpy roads. I said nothing. But when the couch came in with grease marks and dog hair all over it, I got upset and started venting to my mother in law. NOT TO ANY OF THE ***** ***** must have overhead at some point and lost it on me. Said I was being ridiculous and he was not going to continue with the move and taking off with our stuff. We had to call the cops for backup. He threatened to beat my husband. Cops called **** and they agreed to get our stuff out of the truck. We paid them and they left. ************* Do not hire.
