    I've moved with them three times and it's only gotten worse over the years. when they had in person representatives it wasn't too bad. however since they moved everything online and oversaturated everything with policy. The way they organize how we can access money for our move is painful and complicated. I moved for about half the cost I was entitled to and they still find ways to claw back money. how they are still being used is baffling. they work for themselves and are so comfortable with the garuntee of a contract that there's little to no effective customer service.

    Awful company to have to work with. There are no clear guidelines on how reimbursement is delivered and what the policies are. Calling the helpline is useless as they direct you to your personal representative who does not provide any timely support.

    The absolute worst company to deal with. Their policies keep changing to better fill their pockets and make us pay more for a move we are doing as a result of my employer moving me. They nickle and dime every claim and make up their own rules for giving partial claims. Now u can call in to ask questions on their help line you have to book a session. Again another policy change to better them. And like others on this site. We upload receipts and they mysteriously dissappear. They should be fully audited and have to pay back all the money they have stolen from all the military families.
