I bought a set of tires from sipan tires and rims fir my sports car, and there was a defect in one of the tires which made it fall flat to a very shallow pothole. The tires are covered by warranty but I have already been waiting 2 months for them to come in and believe they didn't actually order anything because the boss there doesn't seem to like me. Also upon having the tires installed, one of their employees looked at my car in very seemingly offensive way and said "that's a nice ride" or something along those lines. Upon picking up my vehicle, the suspension was loose and did not drive the way it did before entering their shop. They seemingly didn't put enough air into the low profile sport tires, and as a result busted one of the tires on a shallow pothole, because they put 36 psi in the tires instead of the rated 51 psi, of which 36 psi works quite well for regular tires because there is more cushion room, whereas low profile tires only have about 1.5 inches from road to rim. And so I have a donut on my car for the last 2.5 months and as a result am slowing down traffic for everyone on the highway and it is causing great disruption. I would like to get my replacement tire, or a refund for the entire set so I can go get them from a recognized dealer for honda sport cars. I highly suspect they are giving me poor service because I had witnessed them buy illicit and forbidden content from a Co worker I was working with for a short period of time, right before I placed the order for the tires and perhaps they have me confused with themselves. In regards to the complaint, the issue has been resolved. The customer came in and picked up his winter tire which was covered under the manufacturer's road hazard warranty.
