    They sold me a good car but they kept stalling on bringing it to me. Now they are saying they gave me the ownership when they haven't and my insurance wants to see it. I would not recommend buying from them.

    ******** I am really sorry about this. We gave you a remarkable deal on a good car at a very cheap payment and delivered it to your door without a deposit or commitment. I, *******************, the owner made the mistake of loosing your ownership when delivering your car and it took a while to have a replacement printed and then flipped back over and delivered to you. Please accept my apologies. We are a good company and this isn't a normal practice. We have NEVER delivered a vehicle to someone's door within our own city. I, the owner, never get involved with the deliveries and it was very out of order. I was trying to show you a tremendous respect. I will announce this publicly...I will refund you in FULL and unwind the deal if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or my service.This was a mistake, we told this to you and we never lost communication. If you don't like the deal and service I will happily refund you in full if you act on this offer within a short period of time,I'm sorry for your experience and your feelings

    Sold a vehicle with air conditioner not working, had it taken to a garage two weeks after i bought was told it wasnt working and they couldnt fix it, so last summer no air conditioning I called the dealership she said it should have been working. I let it go until this may 2024 the muffler flex hose fell off. ****** says it is going to cost about ******* as the motor has to be pulled, so at that time I called the warranty agent and as told to take in the car for the air conditioner the muffler isnt under warranty but the air conditioner should be. Well the air conditioner wasnt covered under warranty and it cost me ****** I paid ****** and spoke with the owner of Island Park and he said he would call the garage and look after the bill of ******. That has not been done as of today july 4 2024 with numerous calls being made. Last week he offered a trade in of my vehicle, I asked for the web site to see what was available he sent I chose a couple of vehicles and I have not heard back from him . I have made 4 attempts to contact him with no call back or email.
