Triple pane windows and high quality, solid wood doors were ordered and the deposit paid in October. Windows were installed in late January and paid for. Doors and transoms/sidelites in late March and April and paid for. The quality of work varies. The trim is poorly installed in places. Communication internally & with the client is poor. Workers did not cover furniture or clean up sawdust etc inside. Highly unprofessional, rude behaviour from some workers (laughing at questions/concerns) and from the owner (unbelievably, jumping on phone calls to yell and berate the clientthis happened twice). No apologies from the owner. Mistreating female clients in this way should never happen. Its 2023 Buildmart. No communication or inspection whatsoever at the end of the job. Just an invoice. There are a lot of highly rated window and door companies. Some reviewers are from the companies. Buyer beware.Review from Tatjana W

I had all of my windows and doors replaced. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service and superior workmanship. I had 3 different installation crews complete the job. Each of the crews were professional, knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. I am very happy with my new windows and doors. I had such a positive experience all around.Review from Oleksiy M
