    The person I spoke to was nice and helpful until I told him I still wanted to look elsewhere. When he realized the sale wasnt happening right then and now he was rude and insulting. I told him I hope I didnt waste too much of his time. He then told me I was a procrastinator and was like a friend of his who was cheap and only looking for the best deal. Also degrading other local business as only selling junk. I decided to purchase elsewhere. Will not go back. I had purchased there before from previous owner.

    Scam. They show different floor models than what they give you. There are no returns, they only warrantee an irrelevant performance metric (mattress sag, which doesn't happen w/ foam, just springs).

    If i could give 0 stars I would... don't expect communication, a straight answer, or anything less than gas-lit conversation. Won't take accountability, Bed we got vs showcase. Paraphrasing answers "not a perfect process", "manufactures change product" "no guarantee". First mattress, nothing like the showcase one. not even the same colour or pillow top. extremely uncomfortable. pretty much convinced the second upgraded mattress we got is not right either. not worth the headache to deal with Sleepy ********* No warranty paper work, no 30 day guarantee, just a mans word that its 10 yr(at their discretion). At one point was so fed up. Asked for a refund and for them to come get the mattress I had. "nope wont do that" was their answer. In short.. your lucky if you get the mattress you wanted. If its not what you wanted anticipate being jerked around!
