    Date of transaction July 12 2022 I paid $1317.65 as a deposit for a crib and stroller. On October 11 2022 I read that the stores have closed and I will not receive my deposit or the items. They closed the stores and did not notify any customers. I spoke with the manager 2 weeks ago and he assured me the crib and stroller would be in by the end of September. They have been in business for 35 years and have just emptied their stores and run off with the money

    May 3rd 2022, paid a deposit of $1200.00 for a crib, rail kit and dresser - it was supposed to arrive by the end of August. The store never called me by the end of August. I called them several times and they said that it would be delayed but NEVER told me when it would come in. I continued to call the store asking when it would come in and they would always say that they would call me back with a date but never did. I drove to the store to try and talk to someone to find that the store now doesn't exist. They have since removed their website. No one has contacted me. I want my deposit back as I have never been contacted by the store or received what I paid for. I have a receipt as proof of what I bought, of my purchase and the signature of the person who sold me the product. * **** **** * ********** ** * **** **** ***** ****** ***** **** ******* **** ***** ********* **** **** ******* ** **** *********
