            After several attempts and messages left they do not answer or return phone calls, no email or website is available. I want to cancel my account with them and am not able to yet they still take money from my account each month.

            This is a terrible business that has taken advantage of its customers for several years. I have placed seven phone calls to them since April, asking for a refund of overpayments to no avail. While the pandemic presented challenges to their inhouse service, the company had the gall to continue charging a monthly fee for little or no service provided. They had set up a monthly withdrawal from my parents' account in the beginning, and they neglected to modify this payment regime during the pandemic. Now, my parents have moved, and we called to cancel the service. However, they continued to charge my parents for three months after they moved even though they were informed of the move and cancellation request a month before the move occurred. I have called SEVEN times to ask for reimbursement of the overpayments, and Michelle re-assured me each time that the cheque was on the way. However, we are still waiting for that cheque. This company should be put out of business for poor business practices and preying on its customers. Shame on them!
