Saturday nov 5-6 $407 3 hotel rooms We stayed at this hotel for a wedding myself & my family were in. The hotel rooms were disgusting and full of blood (on floor & curtains), had garbage in bins from previous guests, stains on bed sheets & walls, and had dead flies EVERYWHERE. the rooms hadn’t been properly cleaned in what seemed like years. When this was brought up to management, they were extremely rude & aggressive stating that there was no one to clean the rooms and that you were able to switch rooms instead. Bringing me to an even more disgusting room where the sink didn’t properly work and the curtains didn’t shut. When this was brought to their attention they offered for us to check out of the hotel or go back to our room. If we did not they would call the police for harassment. Feeling unsafe & not wanting to be stranded in a city unfamiliar to myself (and my family) we stayed the night in the hotel. As the staff was extremely aggressive and threatening we didn’t feel safe to complain any further. Following up the next day, multiple parties that stayed in the hotel received refunds for their poor quality of stay. However when I brought that up to the hotel & management, i was not offered one because i was “accommodated” by switching rooms. They are extremely unprofessional. Dirty. And threatening.
