      *** ** ***** ** ****** Canada Computers has been less than helpful. I have made multiple attempts to have them price protect an item in accordance to their own price protection policy. I have asked to speak to a manger on each of these 3 calls to their customer service team and have yet to had them return this request. I purchased a ****C *** **** ** *** **** GPU from their online store on May 3rd 2022 for $899 + tax. The online store depicts above said product has a 15 day price protection / price match available. So i checked back later in the week to find that the gpu had be reduced further to $839.99 + tax. I called Canada Computers to go about initiating the price protection to only get the run around. They seem to use language that is designed to have you believe that their own policy does not meet the criteria for your purchase. Yet to my avail, I was able to have them price protect this current advertised price. So you may ask what the issue is at this point; well the very next day they lowered the price a further $40 to $799.99 + tax. So once again I call to have this new price protected since they had just honored the previously reduced price. They now claim they do not price protect an item more than once. Yet I could not find a single detail to this claim in their price protection policy statement(?). ** ****** ** ** **** **** **** ****** ** ****** *** ***** ** **** ****** ** ***** ** ** **** ****** ********* ***** ** **** *** ***** ** ***** *** ****** ** *** ***** **** **********   I would like for them to have a manager contact me to discuss honoring the price listed well within the 15 days of my purchase. I also would like to see them clear up their price protection policy so as not to mislead customers. They seem to do this over the phone anyway so Its a troublesome issue in that regard as well. Thank you BBB I look forward to having this issue resolved and appreciate the tools and platform provided by you to do so.

      The customer's request can no longer be honored since he was already provided a refund from the initial request on May 10th under Ticket #217775. He was refunded for $67.20. When he found the item price went down, he is asking for another refund request(Price Protection). Our Accounting Team can only honor a one-time Price Protection request. Another one will be denied, although the item price keeps on going down based from what is marketed by the manufacturer. I just explained this to the customer indicating what he needed to know about the terms and conditions. As a matter of fact, the initial request should not have been honored since the item was on a Promotional Price (Instant Rebate). But, to help this customer enjoy the benefits of the purchase, we honored it for him. The item I purchased was not an instant rebate either; it was not on clearance, it was marked down. If "etc." is the word your looking for to not honor the price protection **** ** ********** ********. *** **** **** ** ***** ** ***** **** ****** ********* ***** ** **** *** ***** ***** *** ***** ********** ******* *** ** **** **** ** **** **** **** ***** **** *** ********* ** ******** ** ** ***** ***** **** **** *** *** ******* ** ** *********  I never spoke with anyone from management or accounting ** ** ***** ******* ** *** ********* ********* "I just explained this to the customer indicating what he needed to know about the terms and conditions." ******* **** ******** ** **** The terms and conditions are vague at best so if you could please point out to me where you found the reasons for not honoring the price protection that would be great!

      I ordered a mount for my camera that was offered on Canada Computer's website on February 20, 2022. I paid the requested amount and the required shipping cost by credit card. I was informed that the item was on back order after payment. There was no notice on the website that the item was not available. When I learned the item was not available via email, I requested to cancel the order was told by customer service that they would not refund my money, that I should wait. The service person added that the item was expected in soon and that it would ship on March 22 when it arrived back in stock. On March 26th, I received an email that stated that the item was still on back order, an email similar to the first that I had received one month ago. The email again said I could cancel my order. I tried using the links to cancel my order with no success; they do not offer the option to cancel. I then responded to the email twice asking for a refund. I have had no response. Today I wrote to customer service once again, requesting to cancel my order. I have just received an email stating that a "ticket" has been opened and that I should expect someone to "follow-up." This is exactly what Canada Computers did when I first requested cancellation upon learning that the item was back ordered more than one month ago.. As stated, the representative refused to cancel my order at that time. Order #******* Amount: 62.29 CAD. Ticket #214210 Thank you for help in this matter. **** ********

      The order had been cancelled since March 30th, 2022 as per request from the customer, that we respected. Refund was issued on March 31, 2022, and the customer must have had it.

Not only was I told that one of the products could not be returned at all, but I was not explained why it could not be returned.       I ordered a computer monitor from Canada Computers on August 1st 2021. The **** monitor cost $999.99, the item is special order and can only be shipped from their warehouse. When I received the item, it was shipped only in the manufacturer's packaging with no additional support packaging. Upon receiving the merchandise, the damage sustained due to the conditions of shipping and the lack of any support packaging was so severe that the inside heavy grade styrofoam that was holding the monitor had broken off and other smaller boxes were damaged and dented from all the impact. I took photos of the damage and called customer support where they opened a ticket. Customer support said the item should come in like new condition and should always contain additional support packing, so an investigation was opened. It had been over a week now and Canada computers dodged************* my issue to "Damaged Box" and **** about replacing my monitor stating they only have 1 left, it's an open box.

      I purchased a lap top from this branch on march 17th 2020 since this was a refurbished product , I also purchased two years enhanced protection plan for the product. I noticed a product defect and returned the laptop on March 10th 2021 for warranty. they took my product, gave me a broken lap top for temporary usage and told me they will have the hard disk exchanged by the manufacturer. I have been trying to get my product back or some compensation or to have it replaced with a similar product since march 2021. it is extremely difficult to get any information from this company since they don't usually answer the phone line and if they do they say the product is out for repair and not return from the original manufacturer. after so long I need my money back or a chance to purchase a similar product with the credit on the value of my laptop. I would appreciate your attention on this matter.

      Bought a product, Product was defective tried to go to the store to exchange it, Flat out refused to refund or exchange, upon my insistence, took the product in to test, I advised the Manufacturer of the product has revised the product due to the inherent defect, ************************************************* 2 days later they call me to state everything is fine with the product, I go in and they cant show me the test, the Rep keeps going inside and keeps bringing back a Video of the product hooked up. I explain the issue is not with power delivery but the fan noise, unwilling to understand and unwilling to refund
