    Good afternoon I entered into a landscaping contract . We discussed what need to be done . I wanted the black tarp in the front flower bed to avoid weeds and mulch on too as well as the backyard . Trees, grass installed and two patio stones . Lucas decided to go golfing instead of remaining on site . The grass was not installed properly and died immediately. The patio did not have the proper sand in between the stones . The tres died immediately one month after and the flower bed poured into the sidewalk and my plants that I paid for washed away . He was emailed pictures and was told it was late I. The season and he would come this year . After several e mails and phone calls he finally showed up and he sai d he never knew about the trees being dead , said it was my fault for not taking care of my propert . He said he would replace reee and fix it and he only put in a weeping tile I. The front and left . Ignoring my phone calls and e mails and then my neighbor reached out to him /she had dead trees also and he replied tell her to find someone else to fix it I am not coming back she yelled at me . There are witness to this account . I asked him not to talk to my neighbor as the contract was with me . He agreed to plant flowers in my flower bed and not one was planted . The trees are under warranty and would cost him nothing .

    Hello, my client did not have warranty on the cedars. Therefore i cannot replace them. Thank you

    Please provide copy of bill of sale from the company you purchased the trees and also the policy on warranty . You replaced my neighbors trees and agreed. To replace mine. We had several text , e mails, and conversations in front of my neighbors. ***** ****** **** ** ***** ** ***** ****** ***** ** **** ****** ** ******** *

    Good Morning

    Today I spoke to ***** at **** **** ****** garden center where the trees were purchased and they have a one year warranty with the receipt which the landscaper has. The trees are under warranty and i would like them replaced with new ones.
