    ******** **** **********. We reserved our vehicle at 5:30 am and paid a $500 reservation fee. We walked in after booking an appointment and driving down from Scarborough and they literally were selling our vehicle to strangers because they showed up at 230 pm. I don't want to hear about some ***** excuse about how you didn't know about the booking because it is off site. It is your job literally to check your emails. Literally. Took our money in 5 seconds and refusing to give it back and selling our car to strangers.
