            We purchased on line ***** Complete ** Excellence ********* Vacuum cleaner. Product was faulty and after mutual agreement with Rod he send us Return label on the August 12 2021 for oder #104659. He prommis return money after he received faulty vacuum from us but this never happen. Until now we don't have vacuum and also we don't have our money $ 718.19 ! It is already 5 month.             Great pre and post sales customer service. I ordered a vacuum and accessories online that weren't compatible and received a phone call almost right away, and this was on a Saturday! I switched my order on the phone, received instant refund on my credit card (why can't other retailers do that) and re-ordered. When the vacuum I did order arrived, I emailed (again on a Saturday) since I didn't do my research and vacuum did not have the powerhead I wanted. Vacuum Warehouse made it right by shipping a separate power head at no charge, rather than having me return the product. What a great experience. Email communications were responded to quickly and it is clear that real live intelligent human beings process your order. This seller also has a very comprehensive product line and accessories, for one stop shopping.
