When signing up for their services back in I believe August, I signed up for an offer for "Earn $400". The stipulations of the offer were that of "Add an eligible direct deposit of at least $100 a month for 3 straight months." similar to the one that is currently being offered. Under normal circumstances, what from what I believe, I saw "Direct Deposit" and thought that any form of Direct Deposit would work so I set up our CCB (Canada Child Benefit) with it because it is a government-funded benefit. While there's a link that says "What's a direct deposit?", I didn't click on it because I know what a direct deposit it, I've been working for years. It's now December, I've had multiple deposits from the CCB enter our account and have not received the offer. I contacted their office and apparently the Canada Child Benefit "doesn't count" because it's based on the fact that it's "for the child"? Nowhere on the website does it say that in the fine print, and even if it did, no one would see that based on the home page where you sign up for the offer.
