I had a positive experience with this company. I had some issues with my results due to the postal strike. Customer service responded quickly and offered helpful solutions. I found the kit easy to use, and the results were comprehensive. I would recommend as an easy way to find out your dog's allergies and keep them healthy.DNA My Dog

Hi there, We are very sorry to learn you are not happy with your results. It is unusual for a test to report breeds that are 100% visibly similar to the breed you believe your dog to be and not be that breed. While your dog did report some Pit Bull type breeds I also see there was some Great Dane and Boxer, all which would look very similar to a Dogo Argentino in a mix.Review fromRobert B

What a joke, not even close then they'll tell you they will re-do it for FREE and supposably they did with the exact same results... Our test is over 99% accurate and if your dogs not reporting with Black Mouth Cur and is reporting with a number of breeds that look like a Black Mouth Cur, the DNA would indicate your dog is not a Black Mouth Cur. ********** **** they say results in 2-3, then the fine print claims it takes 3 weeks to get mailed to them. How does mail take 3 weeks? Then they claimed my results were damaged and sent me a new test that took weeks to get to me, so it took months to actually get results. In the meantime we figured out my dogs food allergy on our own. We started a salmon diet and all his issues were gone. Total BALONEY ! Test results wrong ! No help for my dog ! We are truly sorry to hear you are not happy with your results. Perhaps you misunderstood our service. We do not offer a food plan, we offer a list of foods that your dog did not react to on the test to make it easy for you to find foods that your dog can safely eat. We are not able to offer individual food plans, only general suggestions which most of our clients find extremely useful. Our test will determine what your dog is reacting to and if salmon did not report, then your dog does not have a sensitivity to salmon based on the sample received and the allergens we test for. We pride our ourselves on helping pet parents get to the bottom of their dog's allergies. We have dogs ourselves and would never offer a test we didn't have full confidence in.Review fromJamie W

***** ** **** ******* I know my dog's parents and neither of their breeds even showed up on the test. The breed that did show up looks nothing like my dog and there's no way that is her breed. When I called to complain they told me they would rerun the test then magically 2% of the breed I told them she was popped up. ****** would not return because it took them 3 months to get the results so it had been too long. Customer service danced around the question trying to give me information I didn't need what I need is my money back. Of course this is all done over email because nobody answers their phones.DNA My Dog

I purposely did not include a photo as I did read that sometimes they guess based on a photo. The results came back wildly inaccurate. I asked for a refund OR to have them send me another kit and they refused and held to the fact there's no chance they are wrong. **** **** ******DNA My Dog

We completely understand how confusing it might be to receive breed composition results for your dog which do not match your expectations. Based on our correspondence, you believed your dog was a Border Collie mix but the DNA results have concluded that your dog is in fact a German Shepherd and Australian Cattle Dog mix, which can certainly look like a Border Collie mix. We encourage you to research the features of both of these breeds on their own as well as in a mixed breed dog to get a better understanding of your results. You should make that very clear when ordering test what ot can be used for. Also gave me a breed analysis of my dog and it is completely wrong !
