      I started their service in May of 2024. They only sprayed the backyard. I called for them to come back to spray the front yard. They sent a technician who sprayed both front and back, but only in the centre of my back yard. When I called back to get someone to come out and spray the rest of the backyard, he said that my particular "type of weed" needed a different spray and that it would be $94 extra per treatment. Keep in mind that these weeds responded as expected to the original treatment in May. I agreed to the extra 94$ treatment needed for my oh-so-special weeds. The man that came out said he would have someone come out for the special "type" of weed that Friday. Nobody came. Nobody called or texted to set up an appointment. I called today to cancel the service and the agent offered to send someone as soon as possible. I declined, as those are the exact words the guy said when he told me about my special weeds that would cost extra to treat. I told the agent today that I had already been promised a service and that they didn't deliver. She insisted that they would send someone for the extra treatment ASAP. I doubt that will happen. ***** ****** *******

      ******* I am sorry to hear of your frustration. The area of concern requires a vegetation control that kills weeds and grass not your typical lawn care service. When you called our office on July 18 we escalated these concerns to our area manager and had the application done and a supervisor visit to check and discuss these concerns in detail. We will also be doing a follow up inspection within 14 days to evaluate the results and ensure you are happier with the services moving forward.

      Your supervisor came out on the 22nd. He sprayed the "interlock" on the side of the house. That "interlock" consists of four pavers on in an area of our yard that gets muddy. They are well spaced out. They do not touch. There are no cracks and crevices to spray, however, the manager said he was there for interlock service. Additionally, he said that a technician had been there earlier in the morning but our gate was locked. Yet somehow the supervisor was able to enter the yard, through the gate, a few hours later. This is too much. The people that take calls in the office will promise certain services on certain dates, while the technician doesn't show, shows up to only treat part of the yard, or insists they were sent out for jobs that don't even apply to my property. Do you really think four, spaced-out pavers are interlock? Does that minute of unnecessary work constitute the weed service I need to pay an additional $94 per treatment? **** **** ** * *****

      ** * ***** ***** * ** **** ****** * ****** Horrible customer service. Difficult to get a hold of. They give you a date but thay never stick to it. All you get is a text saying they couldnt complete the service that day. ... no advance notice. Good luck trying to reach someone at the office. The only way to email them is if you are setting up a new service.       Mrs. ********** I am sorry to hear of your frustration. We did have some delays and did respond through SMS but again it was our delay. There were no charges or payments for 2024. We sent out a field Manager on July 8 to meet and discuss these concerns and as per your request all services are still cancelled. Please don't hesitate contacting us if anything changes we would like the opportunity to improve your experience dramatically.

      After a year of using weed man services, I decided To look after my lawn myself. They ******** me weekly, to reinstate my services. I finally gave in as they made me a deal I could not refuse. After I paid in full, they did not live up to the terms of our agreement. I canceled my services and will never do business with them again. *** * ********** *** **** ******* **** * *** **** *******

      Decided not to renew. Company admitted poor service, ie: sprayed on rainy days, sent junior staff who may not have been as thorough. Was offered a discount. One income household so decided not to renew. Did nothing to the weeds. They did provide 2 free additional sprays but still saw no improvement. Kevin called to follow up and basically hung up on me when I declined to renew. Would not recommend.

      It doesn’t matter how many times you tell them that you’ve canceled with them, they continue to call *** ******* My bf literally sold his house and told them…they continue to call. I canceled years ago at my house and I’ve told them to remove me from their mailing list…still receiving mail. Plus when I did have them, they ruined my lawn.

      Having issues getting my lawn service by weekend was like dealing with brick wall ,I called every year to get to understand the service tech missing one side of my lawn altogether and rush out in 7 mins .I point out few things tech replies not on work order. We called office back they promised extra service which I didn't call for all I requested full service of what I paid for.Every year office calls and begs to sign up one more year and samething happening. Finally we didn't pay service cancellation completed .I called weed man for payment and not to call back again.

      Worst business model , they renew contacts without client signiture or authorization then send invoices for services we were not aware about Very aggressive customer service team , they don’t listen or even try to understand

      You'll always get a scattered weed, but no big deal. I've got the greenest, lushest lawn in the neighborhood, except for those others that use Weedman. It's very easy to tell who does!

      ** *** *** **** ***** **** **** **** *** *** *** ***** **** **** *** ***** ** *** * *** ******** In 2022 a couple of salesmen from weed man came to my home and offered to take care of my lawn. I spoke with them and told them specifically that I wanted lawn cutting grass, fertilizer and weed control. They told me that wasn’t a problem and will begin the following week. They advised that their company will contact me with payment etc. They took all my details etc. A couple of weeks later I called them because my grass had not been cut. At that point they advised me that they don’t cut grass. I told them at that point to cancel the service and I didn’t want them for anything else. They advised me that they had already done a couple of treatments and I should pay. I informed them that they misled me and I did not sign any contract for what they said they did. Now they are calling me and demanding payment for services that I never agreed, since I only mainly wanted grass cutting.
