Dealing with Lifecare Mobility has been an excellent experience! It is the kind of customer interaction and service that is hard to find these days. We chose to contact this company because of the high rating that they have for a chair lift to our basement. Chris, the owner, is pleasant and easy to deal with and explained in detail all of the available options. Ali and Dante were here right on time for the installation which was performed quickly and efficiency. Also very nice guys. All in all, it was a very smooth operation. So good, that we have ordered a second stairlift for our other stairs to the upper floor. Thanks to your entire team.

I had a ********* Stairlift installed by LifeCare a year or two ago...a decision that I absolutely do not regret! Dealing with Chris was easy, he goes out of his way to explain everything involved in the process. I even put off the work for a few months and he honored his original quote. Jenny coordinates everything as though she is taking care of her own family. I left a message last night at 11:00 for a service call and it was completed by noon today. Ali and Dante installed the lift and came to today's call, and they are such polite, helpful and efficient young men. The price of any stairlift might seem a bit daunting at first, but it is well worth the health of your loved one with mobility issues, and has kept my mum out of the nursing home during the pandemic.
